The service here was phenomenal! Alex and Allan were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable from the moment I walked in. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their positive attitudes set the tone for an exceptional experience.
Alex was attentive, patient, and consistently made sure every detail was handled with care. Allan matched that same level of excellence with his professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to assist with anything I needed.
Highly recommend, they made my experience memorable!
This hotel provided a great experience. I did not have high expectations since the hotel is on LAX grounds but the staff and the hotel were amazing. Love the rooms, gym and access to multiple restaurants. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great too. I do have to give a special shout out to Daniel. He has phenomenal customer service skills. My daughter just had knee surgery and he was compassionate and accommodating. Thank you Daniel. We will be back.

Pity, that for the price of the accomodation was not offered breakfast.
LAX location, the room itself was nice big and roomy. The parking was okay but 55.00 plus tax a day is pricey. These were my room complaints. First no microwave and the coffee machine was not clean nor sanitary. Late there were nets in the bathroom area.
Love this hotel five star very clean very friendly maybe a little pricey but very much worth it. Parking is insane.

I enjoyed my stay at this conveniently located boutique hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. Parking was extremely easy and check in was a breeze. I was given a very nice high floor clean room with a view and the noise level was low. There are amazing amenities and the drinks and food in the bar area was delicious! I will definitely return as the value was affordable.

Room/bedding is fine but hotel has some very frustrating/missing pieces that should be a red flag to anyone:
1) No mini fridge in room -- couldn't even request one despite many other reviews claiming they had mine had a spot for it that was empty and staff saying they don't provide them. Unacceptable in today's day and age..
2) They charge extra for faster internet (the non charged internet is non functional/too slow) -- they should not be charging for that, also ridiculous
3) it's a bit noisy from the airport though to be fair if it was just this I'd be a 3 or 4 star rating.
Location, big room
There was no water to take a shower when I was leaving, before a long journey. This is unacceptable and I would like my money back.
