war ok nett freundlich doch mit abstrichen

Cons:

was mir nicht gepasst hat für so ein Hotel ,kein Kühlschrank, kein wasser auf dem Zimmer .nicht gut, ich bin Diabetiker und mus Insulin spritzen, und die spritze sollte kühl gelagert sein..das hat mir ganz und gar nicht gepasst

Ja ich habe das bekommen was ich gebucht habe.
Cons:

Parkplatz, warum kann man das nicht gleich mit buchen?
Bei Ankunft zahle ich nur das Zimmer.
Bei Abfahrt muss ich dann noch den Parkplatz extra nachzahlen??? Komplizierter geht immer.


EVT Sollten Sie Ausländischen Gästen noch sagen, das Ihr Hotel in einer Umweltzone liegt.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war standart, es wurde aber immer aufgefüllt.
Das Personal war sehr nett.
Das Zimmer war gut. Normale Größe
Das Bett war o.k.
Die Anbindung mit Bus war prima.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht perfekt vorbereitet. Es fehlte Wasser auf dem Zimmer und es war nicht gut gesaugt. Die Dusche müsste mehr geputzt werden. Man hat uns vergessen mitzuteilen, dass man sich für einen Zimmerservice melden muss.
Somit kam das ganze Wochenende niemand.
