Cons:

We requested multiple times for our room to get cleaned and have towels and toilet paper replenished but no one came for 3 days. Our room got eventually cleaned the night before we left

Cons:

Hilton heads really scaled the bottom of the barrel with this room . Looks like a pre school play room . Not a dresser or a closet in sight . Some cheap homegoods pedestal for night stands . Shower door is a nightmare . Water drips down the door so when you open it after a shower the floor gets soaked . Very limited tv Chanel’s . Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors tv at night . Will not be back . Hilton needs to do better

It was a wonderful getaway
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff went out of their way to give us the best service. we really enjoyed our time and our teens loved the noon check out!!!

Good location and beds were comfortable. Room was also quiet and peaceful and the decor in the main area was modern and inviting.

Pros:

Stagf was lovely, including hotel.van drivers.Room was comfortable, along with gym and facilities. We only stayed one night,, and it was a perfect layover for us, and close to mall.and airport.

Cons:

Gluten free and lactose sensitive.options were.lacking for breakfast.

Breakfast could have had more types of sausage, maybe cinnamon rolls.
Room could use a chair to sit in to watch TV rather then lay in bed to watch tv.
