Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - bardzo blisko do dworca PKP skąd odjeżdża SKM oraz do pętli tramwajowej. W okolicy też znajduje się bardzo dobrej jakości bistro, więc jeśli komuś znudzi się serwowane śniadanie, można śmiało z tego korzystać. Jeśli chodzi o samo zakwaterowanie to pokój jest to typowy standard biznesowy. Bardzo malutki, kompaktowy pokoik z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Chyba, że ktoś nie lubi bardzo twardych materacy.

Cons:

Moim zdaniem obiekt mógłby zadbać trochę lepiej o odświeżenie samego pokoju, pościeli oraz łazienki.
