Cómoda, aun con la disrepancia sobre el desayuno el joven de recepción resolvió favorablemente.

La atención de las Sritas. del Restaurante es de primera linea.

Que no se hubiera presentado una discrepancia en mi compra via portal de booking y ya por la mañana me indican que el importe pagado no incluye desayuno. Ustedes saben que el portal nos brinda opciones para elegir el mejor precio de acuerdo a los servicios y cuando registré mi selección indicaba que incluía desayuno.

Debo decir a favor del personal que me atendió esa mañana, existió la mejor buena voluntad para aclarar el punto y me ofrecieron un cupón de desayuno como una atención para mitigar esa discrepancia.
