Cons:

Tive muita dificuldade para consegui a nota fiscal da minha hospedagem. Primeiro me informaram que só liberaria a nf após o checkout. No dia do chek out os recepcionistas ficaram cerca de 1h para emitir uma nota, se batendo para realizar o cadastro da empresa.

Tive que pegar uma reserva extra de mais um dia e na hora de fazer novo checkout a recepcionista me diz que a nota chegaria no email cadastrado da empresa no sistema. Eu falei que só sairia com a nota fiscal, pois já tinha passado a semana tentando contato com eles via WhatsApp para emissão de nf sem retorno. Acho estranho essa prática desse Ibis do centro de eventos em Fortaleza. Sempre fico em Ibis e nunca passei por essa dificuldade com nota fiscal.
