清潔感があり、居心地が良い部屋

Great location and reasonable price
Pros:

Location close to Roma Termini, multiple Restaurants and mini market. Free water everyday and free coffee and soft drinks at the lounge by the front desk. Front desk Ahmed was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No 24 hours front desk which makes it impossible
To check in if you arrive late and have to wait until next morning.

Vergonzoso!!

NADA!!!! Reserve y al minuto me dijeron que el check in era hasta las 23:00 y nosotros llegábamos muy justos por tema de transporte, lo avisé y me dijeron pues que esa noche la pasáramos en la calle pero que no nos devolvían el dinero que era nuestro problema, dimos muchas soluciones y a pesar de eso nos dejaron durmiendo en la calle y se quedaron el dinero después de haber estado todo el día intentando mediar con ellos, pasamos la noche en la calle y ni un lo sentimos ni nada, son una vergüenza

Cons:

Todo sucio, las toallas sábanas las habitaciones con muchos desperfectos... por no hablar del ruido, se escucha TODO, tanto la calle como la habitación de al lado como si el recepcionista se hacía un misero café. Los trabajadores son unos impresentables además, muy bordes y poco resolutivos. Tampoco quisieron que dejáramos las maletas unas horas al momento de hacer el check out. No reservéis aquí

Pros:

Localização, tudo limpo, cama confortável, frigorífico, ar condicionado, haver água fresca e café sempre. Todos os dias fizeram a cama e trocaram as toalhas. As toalhas acho.um exagero. Até disse para não trocarem, mas trocaram a mesma.

Cons:

Ter de subir muitas escadas. O elevador era muito pequeno.

Cons:

En general, 520€ 4 noches 3 personas me parece carísimo dada la localización, baño viejo, horario de check in limitado (no nocturno) y calidades. La limpieza de la entrada y el pasillo dejaba que desear. El agua del baño no era potable aunque te ofrecian botellas de agua fría gratis

Muy bien conectado con las paradas de metro. El servicio ha sido muy amable, nos dejaban agua todos los días en las habitación y también nos guardaron las maletas después de hacer el check out. Muy recomendable.

Pros:

Great communication, location, and room. Bed was firm, but overall comfortable. They provided a large bottle of water daily which was much needed with the heat. AC worked great. Basic toiletries were provided- no body lotion or conditioner. Microwave in lobby. Lots of good food places around that are better priced and still delicious compared to the more touristy plazas. Very close walk to Termini station!

Cons:

No body lotion or conditioner were provided, but can easily purchase elsewhere if needed. We already had ours. Wifi would also go in and out, but did not interrupt our time very much.

Consigliatissimo per posizione staff e qualità/prezzo
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e vicino alla stazione termini, bar market pasticceria farmacia tabacchi pub edicola ecc tutto a portata di mano... Staff sempre disponibile e gentile, sono attenti al cliente e a soddisfare tutte le esigenze, esempio anche la tv in camera non funzionante sostituita subito con una nuova, pulizia e corredo pronto ogni giorno e piacevole sorpresa...bibite fredde oltre acqua tutti i giorni disponibile e gratuita oltre a caffè,piatti bicchieri posate e microonde a disposizione sempre. Veramente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ritorneremo....

Cons:

L unica pecca probabilmente è il bagno un po' stretto tra la seduta del wc e il lavandino e l assenza del bidet... Che si potrebbe migliorare... Va sistemata volendo un po' la porta del bagno la finestra e gli interruttori lato letto per la luce.. Con piccoli accorgimenti si tratta di poca roba potrebbe guadagnare sicuramente anche qualche stella in più secondo me ....
