Visited Burdock and Bitters twice during our stay at the Marriott for happy hour. Have to stay it is GREAT food and drinks. Kate was our server the second time and was a wonderful host for our short visit.
We waited in line for 15 minutes before we were seated. We had reservations. People were coming in through two different entrances and they were not waiting their turn. There was only one person to seat everyone. We were there to hear a band and ended up on the side of the band. The seats were horrible because the only two band members we could see were the woodwind player and the drummer. We could kind of see the two guitarists. The woodwind player looked sloppy and the seated guitarist acted like he could care less. The food was average. The moscato was great! The show itself was disappointing. I felt like we were watching a talent show and most of the Broadway tunes were from newer musicals so the playlist was limited. Will not bother again to see the Broadway Big Band. Very disappointing.

Our chef, Trevor Mack, at Burdock & Bitters was absolutely amazing! I have a lot of food allergies, which he gladly accommodated. I know this can be very difficult. I had the Wagyu smash burger with my food accommodations and it was absolutely delicious. Trevor came out to chat on a couple occasions to verify that everything was okay and that the dining experience was going well. Talk about fantastic customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back and recommend to colleagues.
The service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Our Chef Trevor really went above and beyond with our meal. I dine out very frequently. This place and its staff really stand out above the crowd. Thank you Trevor and Jiwa for such a phenomenal dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!! The steak was absolute perfection!

I had Jerred as my valet and he was AMAZING. I was there 4 days and he was tehre everyday and was a pleasure and worked so hard in the heat and helped me so much. Honestly best valet guy EVER!

I chaired a three day event for 250 women and the hotel was awesome. It started with a great sales representative and event manager, Jennifer Maxwell. The catering department and director were helpful and accommodating. The quality and quantity of food were supremely delicious. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and timely, especially Sam? curly hair and light eyes. The valet team was very quick, especially Brie. The housekeeper staff was very helpful especially when I broke a glass in the bathroom at 5:00 am. The lobby and common areas were well maintained and the bartenders were quick to serve. I would definitely return to this hotel for leisure.
