I chaired a three day event for 250 women and the hotel was awesome. It started with a great sales representative and event manager, Jennifer Maxwell. The catering department and director were helpful and accommodating. The quality and quantity of food were supremely delicious. The front desk was helpful, friendly, and timely, especially Sam? curly hair and light eyes. The valet team was very quick, especially Brie. The housekeeper staff was very helpful especially when I broke a glass in the bathroom at 5:00 am. The lobby and common areas were well maintained and the bartenders were quick to serve. I would definitely return to this hotel for leisure.

WONDERFUL staff and excellent food! we spent the day remote working in the B+B resuteant . our server, Kate, was AMAZING! I forgot my phone charger, she loaned me her personal cord. She kept our refreshments full while allowing us privacy to work. The service and food couldn’t have been any better! I highly recommend!

We recently planned a business meeting in Omaha with a room block of approximately 150 guests at the Omaha Marriott Downtown, and overall had a very good experience.

The hotel team was easy to work with throughout the planning process and responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Managing a large room block always comes with a lot of moving pieces, and the team was helpful in working through those as they came up.

One feature we especially appreciated was their use of Cvent Passkey for managing the room block. It allowed us to manage reservations ourselves right up until the cutoff date, which made the process much more efficient and gave us greater flexibility as attendee plans changed.

Our attendees had positive things to say about the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Although we didn't use the meeting space for our event, we did have the opportunity to tour the facilities and were impressed. The meeting rooms were modern, well-maintained, and seemed like they would be a great fit for conferences, corporate meetings, or other group events.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would certainly consider the Omaha Marriott Downtown again for a future business meeting or group stay.

Pool area is amazing! The restaurant in the lobby has the best appetizers - try the mushroom toast, you won’t be disappointed!

Airline crew. Went down to the bar for lunch before heading to airport and Kate is amazing. Very nice and helpful. One of my favorite overnights.

If you stay at the Omaha Marriott Downtown Capitol District and use the valet, ask for Jerred. This young man is the real deal. From the moment we pulled up, he was moving with purpose, a full hustle every single time, no standing around, no half effort. That kind of work ethic is noticeable immediately and it sets the tone for your entire stay before you even walk through the front door.

What makes Jerred stand out beyond the hustle is his attitude. Genuinely warm, no forced customer service smile, just a good-hearted person who clearly takes pride in what he does. Every interaction felt like he actually cared whether your experience started on the right foot. That is not something you can train into someone. Either you have it or you do not. Jerred has it.

Marriott leadership at this property should take note. Guests remember the people who make them feel taken care of, and Jerred is exactly that person. He deserves to be recognized, rewarded, and kept. People like him are why guests come back!! 💙💙

I stayed here for a couple nights and although overall my stay wasn’t a mind-blowing experience, I must commend the valet driver JERRED. He was exceptional. He helped me when I needed to look up the hotel restaurant hours, was friendly every time I saw him, and made me feel as if we were old friends. He was truly the best part of my stay.

Wonderful visit! Can’t wait to come back!

Chef Michael and our server Kate were amazing, we are here for the IRWA Conference and they made us feel welcomed. The food was extremely tasty and we got to try the desserts. We are here until Tuesday and will definitely try to come back.

This hotel is top notch! I am a Marriott Titanium Member so only stay at Marriott brands and I rarely give a 10/10 but this hotel deserves it. We booked a last minute stay on points to go to College World Series. I had 1 night booked and was trying to get 2nd night so talked to lady at front desk. It was pretty much sold out but low and behold she got me a 2nd night with points and upgraded me to a 2 queen room on a high floor. So helpful. Complimentary shuttle from airport was great-very short ride. Check in perfect except they didn't tell me about club lounge. Luckily I knew about it. We got in after midnight from CA and were so tired so wanted to sleep in the next day and breakfast in club lounge ended at 9:30. Sam at front desk was so great-gave me coupons for the hot breakfast buffet downstairs that am. Thanks Sam. The concierge in the am was fantastic. Rita was there at night and she was a character-so attentive too. Food for breakfast was good, coffee, drinks, snacks throughout day then happy hour from 5:30-8 with alcohol at good prices, fruit and 1 hot dish with rice. The pool was lovey, gym good. Everyone that worked in the hotel was so friendly no matter where you were in hotel. We had 2 queen room on high floor and it was perfect for 2 of us. Ballpark is across the street, lots of restaurants around. When we left, I made a point of telling the manager how great she ran her hotel. We may be back some day depending on our team's return.
