Pros:

Very disappointed and glad to be gone.

- filthy carpet in master bedroom - looks worse than my son’s freshman dorm carpet after a school year
- missing vertical blind in master bedroom
- mold in shower
- no top sheets on beds or in room had to use a fitted sheet and a towel
- could not find towels / when found all mismatched and old
- tv in master bed room unplugged and cord flung over monitor
- all walls in desperate need of paint
- light switch in bathroom smashed in

The common area of the room was in much better shape and the building was beautiful but in my mind where i sleep and shower has to be clean!!

Pros:

The keys were not available as promised and where promised. The fob wouldn't open up the gate for parking. The interior was inferior as well, holes in carpets, poorly maintained and broken uncomfortable couch to sit on. Never go back!!!

Two nights conference stay
Pros:

Very convenient, clean, and quiet. Very spacious too. It has a kitchen with utensils.

Awesome room
Pros:

Still trying to get a receipt for expenses. It was not exactly a hotel, rather an apartment, which was very nice, but no typical hotel services. It didn't matter since it felt like being at home. Very nice.
