家族、カップル等安心して利用できるホテルだと思います。
Pros:

家族で利用しているお客さんもいて、朝食も落ち着いていただきました。
予約する際に全く気にせず予約してしまいましたが、マウンテンビュー側のヘアになっていて、残念ながら天気の都合で富士山はみえませんでしたが、とても嬉しかったです。また、利用したいと思います。

Cons:

室内、トイレ、バス、綺麗でした！
残念なのは、ベットの下が、みえないと頃なのですが、ゴミ(ペットボトル)とホコリが、、、
掃除機入るスペースある場所なので、清掃作業たまたま忘れたのではないでしょうか。
気にしないので全く問題なく爆睡しました。

お得感はありました
Pros:

窓からの富士山🗻の景色が綺麗でした。
ホテル前や、近くにバス停があり
便利。
また、無料駐車場は助かりました。

Cons:

朝食メニューが和食系で、パンに合うおかずが少なかった。
また、バナナなど果物があればよかった。

sehr gut Englisch sprechender Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Blick auf den Mount Fuji

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem feucht gewesen. Alles riecht nach Schimmel. Da es geregnet hatte und alles naß war, habe ich die Klimaanlage auf warm eingeschaltet. Daraufhin hat sie angefangen Dampf zu entwickeln. Das Fenster konnte man nicht aufmachen und das Zimmer war voller Dampf. Ich musste die Zimmertür offen halten, damit der Dampf entweicht.

Man muss die naßen Schuhe in einem Schließfach im Eingangsbereich abstellen ... habe zum ersten Mal in einem großen Hotel in Japan erlebt.

Ich denke, das Hotel braucht ein paar Investitionen, damit es für die Gäste angenehm wird.

후지산 뷰 완벽해요! 예약할땐 도심뷰밖에 없었던것같은데 업그레이드 해주신건지 후지산이 보여서 감동이였어요♡

Nice clean hotel with view in the mountain.
Pros:

Very kind and helpful stuff. Fuji Mountain view from the window. Very clean. Traditional breakfast.

Cons:

It’s not close to station and busses go not very often but we managed well with a taxi. Rooms are on a smaller side, plus for a family of 4 we had to take two double rooms as rooms for 4 are not available.
