落ち着き
Pros:

受付スタッフの方が大変丁寧で安心して宿泊できました。
受付での手続き中、スーツケースのタイヤをスタッフの方が拭き上げてくださり気遣いに感心しました。
館内もスリッパに履き替えて移動するため大変清潔でした。
部屋も風呂トイレ別で洗面台も独立だったため使いやすく清潔でした。

Pros:

Hotel in una posizione stupenda se si vuole ammirare il Monte Fuji in tutto il suo splendore, noi abbiamo preso una camera con vista, gigantesca, e vi garantisco che al risveglio è stata un emozione!
Colazione offerta e personale super competente (anche in inglese) e disponibile!
