The staff during the night was accommodating, we came late for check-in.
The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. There were visible bloodstains on both the bed linens and the floor, forcing us to ask the front desk for clean sheets and change the bed ourselves. Additionally, despite the hotel being advertised as smoke-free, the room smelled strongly of lingering cigarette smoke. We showed photos of the soiled bedding, floor, and stained ceiling to the day receptionist.
Staff was very nice.
Very outdated, not one usb port in the room, needed paint and upkeep, shower didn’t have a curtain, took a very quick shower with being careful of water splash and still quite a mess to clean up afterwards, breakfast was what they called grab and go, when we left at 7am two granola bars were only thing available besides packs of oatmeal, no one overseeing this area.
Friendly staff
Ther was stains on wall between kitchen and desk. Stair case was filled with dust and spiders. That being said I am a housekeeper myself so I might notice things other people don’t.
The breakfast was only coffee, muffins and bars. Not good.
The smell of cigarettes was awful.

I don't like bringing cockroaches into my vehicle. I had to throw away my back pack. I don't like waking up with someone else hair all over me, under the beds are disgusting. This should not be offered on booking until they clean up, I'm a clean person and I HATE BUGS!
The location.
The room is OLD and dirty. Ripped wallpaper, dirty furniture, dirty walls. The room did not smell fresh or clean. There was no ice machine -- but you could "make your own ice" using the trays in the freezer. Well, not immediately upon arrival. Ice takes time to freeze. I had ice in time for the morning coffee... Lots of stoned and/or homeless people seemed to be living at this location. It was a bit unnerving.
As soon as I walked in the door of my hotel room I could see it was not that clean. In the bathroom there was a used rapper of a bar of soap on top of the shower which tells me the shower was not cleaned. One of the first things I saw when I walked in was a radial chair that had been scraped against the wall which I immediately documented as I did not want to get charged for something I did not do. The chair looks like it should have been in a dump and it scratched the wall all up making the decor look horrible. This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in my life and I have been 200s and hundreds of hotel rooms as I travel across the United States for work.
The room was absolutely horrible the decor was horrible and it was not cleaned properly. I would never ever ever stay here again even if it was my last option as I would rather stay in my vehicle.

Clean room, friendly staff.
WiFi was up and down all the time. Staff couldn’t do anything about it. Many pot smokers in the building as well. Smoking area outside the back door needs to be away from where nonsmoking people enter.
I like being able to bring my dog. I like that there was not carpet, and the floor was clean and clear. I like that you offer breakfast, even though I could not avail myself of it. The room was clean and the desk staff was kind and patient.
didn't eat breakfast - I don't eat cereal or pastries, so most hotel breakfasts that don't have a menu are not to my dietary needs. No big deal.
The chair in my room - it was a leather arm chair but the leather, or pleather if that is what it was, was peeling. I could not believe it was in a guest room! Also, I could not get the ac to get any cooler. I live in Nashua and our AC gave out, so I needed somewhere cooler to sleep. This was marginally cooler than my place, but it could have been a whole lot cooler.
