Great concept but needs refinement
Pros:

The bed is comfortable. The spa pool area was nice. Massage was okay. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

We didnt like that the staff disappeared with our bags and didnt tell us what room we were in. The water in the pool was very cloudy. I'm autistic and we were given a room directly over the lobby and restaurant and had to listen to dishes banging, conversations and music the whole time. We asked for a different location but were denied the request.

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, con un circuito de piscinas, gym y actividades por hacer. El Personal muy amable, en Riobamba todo está a 15 minutos asi que la ubicación es buena.
Me gustó mucho

Cons:

Que la televisión tenía Directv y no servicio de streaming, el Directv tenía pocos canales. Fuera de eso, to espectacular

A hidden gem in Riobamba – Artistic charm and top-notch dining!
Pros:

Our group of 5 had an amazing stay at Quindeloma Art Hotel. The value for money is exceptional! We were impressed by the artistic atmosphere and the overall quality of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent—fresh and varied. We also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant for its high-quality food and the bar for its fantastic cocktails. It’s a beautiful place with great service and attention to detail. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

El área húmeda

Cons:

La limpieza, encontramos z dos arañas. Una en cada cama de la habitación
La habitación tiene un detector de incendios en el centro del techo, con una luz intermitente que parpadea toda la noche dificultando mucho el poder dormir
Me entregaron una bata para la piscina que era una vergüenza, totalmente rota, sucia y deshilachada

Excelente Opción el Riobamba.
Pros:

Excelente Opción en Riobamba, es un hotel de categoría internacional, con excelentes instalaciones y en general los empleados son muy buenos (excepto por una señora del Spa que parecía Madre superiora que me exigió ponerme una bata para pasar una puerta) en general pasamos muy bien en familia, y la visita al Chimborazo es obligatoria.

Best option in the city
Pros:

Seemed like a higher end hotel for this city. Walking around the town this hotel stuck out as the best option I saw. The pool and hot tubs were nice

Cons:

Usually like piano playing but if you’re trying to get and early night and have a close room to the lobby it can be loud.
