Fabulous! Loved the facilities and decor

Reasonable.
Pros:

Good location, spacious flat, good view.

Cons:

The furniture is awful. Cheap and uncomfortable. Small 2 seater sofa in a large space that could accomodate a large comfortable version. The chairs are unbalanced and tip over. Cheap crockery and cutlery. It feels thrown together without care or interest in the visitor experience. i found that disappointing.

For what it was and where it was it could have been 10% less and that would have been good value

If you want a cheap, short stay, it may fit the bill
Pros:

Location is good except the construction of a high-rise building. Next door makes traffic access chaotic. If you can get accommodation on a high floor, the views are excellent.

Cons:

Accessing the hotel and the car park is confusing and chaotic. Getting to the lifts from Reception is lengthy and awkward if you have luggage. The outside of the windows on the high-rise tower where very dirty. This is not helped by high-rise construction next door. Furniture and fit out of the rooms is budget level and spa. Layout of the hotel room is poor with a lot of wasted space. Bed Lennon is basic. Two single beds joined together leaves a nasty lump in the middle.
