No breakfast is offered at the hotel. However, it can be booked in advance and eaten at the Cloud Kitchen restaurant right on the ground floor.

Düsseldorf charges a city tax of max. 3 euros per person and night, payable on check-in. The tax is applicable to business and leisure travelers. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt. The tax will be added to your invoice.

Pros:

Das System für die Türen war sehr gut und sicher

Cons:

Die Parkplatz Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel war nicht gut da darunter sich ein Restaurant befindet und jeden Abend viele Gäste hat und den Parkplatz belegen

Pros:

Der Zutritt durch den digitalen Zimmerschlüssel war sehr gut.
Wer kein Smartphone besitzt bekommt unter der Woche eine Schlüsselwörter an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage.
Aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche hat es extrem nach Gülle gerochen. Wir haben Wasser eingespült, erst dann war es weg.
Ein Fehlalarm der Brandmeldeanlage löste im gesamten Hotel Feueralarm aus, so dass die Feuerwehr mit dem gesamten Löschzug auffuhr.
Das Frühstück im Cloud Kitchen ist minimalistisch. Sie können aus 3 kleinen Optionen einen fertigen Frühstücksteller gür 13,90€ auswählen und bekommen dazu einen kleinen Kaffee oder Tee und einen O-Saft. Im Prinzip reicht es um nicht hungrig aus dem Hotel zu gehen. Doch es hält nicht lange vor. 😐

Чистый, светлый номер. Новая мебель.
Самостоятельный заезд и выезд.
Бесплатная парковка.
Рядом АЗС с магазином. Удобное место, чтобы выскочить на трассу. Недалеко остановка трамвая. Есть ресторан. Отличная цена. Право отмены вплоть до вселения.

Cons:

В номере нет холодильника и чайника. Нет сеток от комаров. Нет кондиционера - летом наверняка , жарко..
Завтрак порционный и очень скучный- мне было недостаточно.

Cons:

Check-In etwas schwierig. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war etwas kompliziert, da die App nicht richtig funktionierte. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang konnte aber schnell und unkompliziert Abhilfe schaffen.
Nicht schön war das aufdringliche Klopfen um 9 Uhr an der Zimmertür von der Reinigungsmitarbeitenden, die uns aufforderte aufzustehen. Zimmer sollte um 11 Uhr verlassen werden.
