A night in Athens
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—convenient to everything and a great place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The level of service was exceptional, and they genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again!

Spacious and comfortable but a little cosmetic issues.
Pros:

The location is convenient to the Georgia Center and a block from downtown's restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the products in the shower were great. The room is spacious with a big corner couch. They offer free parking for your car by giving you a pass to get in and out of the parking garage.

Cons:

I wish the blinds were not sheer and could be darker. There were splotches of paint all around the bathroom, the carpet had frays. The elevator made a weird whirring sound when in use, and it would tell me 'no access' a few times when I would push the button for the lobby and my floor even though I would scan my key card until I finally worked. The phone didn't work when I tried to do express check out so I went down to the desk personally. There were only two spots to use to park while going inside to register and the fit was really tight. Once I had gotten my access to the parking garage, it was a little confusing how to get from the parking garage back to the hotel to access the room-keys.

When in Athens…
Pros:

Great location, reasonably priced, responsive staff (thank you Rock) clean rooms, and must try chicken fingers/tenders (seriously)! The rooftop patio/bar is a nice spot to unwind or just to get a quick view of Athens.

Great location and fresh feeling hotel.
Pros:

Great location and hotel. Easy walking distance to the UGA campus (if you are okay with walking places). Great rooftop bar makes it an evening destination and not just a place to sleep. And the staff is super, super friendly. And you gotta love Hyatt Place breakfasts.
