Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.
Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Хареса ни външния басейн с топла минерална вода. Кухнята е разнообразна и с вкусна храна. Спа центъра е хубав с малки забележки.
Стаята беше малко амортизирана и има нужда от освежаване, но това не е толкова проблем, защото така или иначе най-малко време изкарахме там. Душа е малко неудобен, защото трябва да стъпиш във ваната и главата ти почети упира в тавана. За солната стая трябва да се обаждаш на рецепцията на спа центъра за да я пуснат, а не е както пише, че се пуска на всеки кръгъл час за 20 мин.

Можеби това, че стаята ми беше с баня в която имаше вана, която лично на мен ми е по неудобно за къпане, но това е въпрос на лични предпочитания.
Nice and helpful staff, clean hotel, very good location.
The hotel rooms need a bit of renovation (new paint, perhaps new doors and furniture).

I liked the location with direct access to the beach, the beach is sandy and also the thermal water of the pools and sauna area.
We have booked all inclusive package and for this option you do not have access to bottled beverages…
