Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Чудесна почивка на много хубаво място!
Pros:

Хотел "Палас" отново е хотел от висока класа! Просторна и чиста стая и чудесни камериерки, вкусна храна, разкошен плаж...

Cons:

В пясъка на плажа има доста дребни отпадъци ( фасове, хартийки...), които не се почистват.

pentru 1 noapte de cazare si 1 zi de apa termala a fost ok
Pros:

Micul dejun variat, mancarea gustoasa DAR acest lucru doar la restaurantul din interiorul hotelului . Apa termala,
vederea la mare pt camerele/apartamentele cu aceasta posibilitate (pentru cealalta latura a hotelului, vederea este catre padurice); centrul SPA ok, dar nu te da pe spate; locurile de parcare ok, desi nu mi se pare corecta plata acestora (datorata zonnei in care optezi sa parchezi; desi era aproape gol si locuri suficiente...)
Este o locatie destul de linistita, indicata poate, pentru cei care-si doresc odihna, bai termale, mancare si atat.
Am apreciat curatenia si restaurantul intern.

Cons:

Terasa din partea stanga de pe plaja, no comment. Nu merita efortul unei deplasari pana acolo. Personal nepregatit, mancare horor (pizza congelata, incurcarea comenzilor, debusolare totala)
Din fericire nu am stat prea mult acolo.
Nu am simtit cordialitate/ospitalitate din partea personalului.
Un hotel care se respecta ar fi indicat sa gestioneze, intr-un mod eficient dar si atragator pentru oaspeti, inclusiv terasa care poate aduce avantaje majore, aflandu-se in acea zona....

Всичко! Чистотата в стаите, собствен плаж, страхотно СПА, вкусна и разнообразна храна, специалното отношение в ресторанта, на рецепцията и усмихнатите и любезни хигиениски. Очарована съм!

Чудесен престой, пак ще посетим този прекрасен хотел
Pros:

Много добрата кухня. Удобствата на плажа и СПА комплекса. Винаги чисти кърпи, усмихнат персонал. При едно от почистванията камериерките бяха подготвили много хубава изненада. На леглото ми, при моя талисман - мече от Wizz Air бяха направили една кукличка от кърпи, на която много се радвахме. Нашата стая беше 414 - поздравления за тези камериерки! Страхотни бяха!

Cons:

Всяка сутрин рано в 6,45 часа до 7,30 се чуваше музика от рецепцията, която намаляваше след този час. Най-вероятно отварят вратите за проветряване и понеже нашата стая беше на 4-ти етаж над нея от там идваше и музиката.

Pros:

Some revamp was performed compared with the last stay. Exterior facilities especially. All new umbrellas beach, poolside and restaurant. New comfortable beds on the beach and poolside.
Revamped parking. Attentive and helping staff at the restaurant. Room cleaning staff is allways adding personalised towel and bed decorations.

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation
Pros:

If you're expecting a Western-style, luxury 5-star hotel, you'll be disappointed. BUT! If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, quiet, and friendly place that meets all your needs, with its own private beach and SPA, then this is the place!

A peaceful, quiet, and safe hotel, surrounded by a forest on one side and the sea on the other. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the lobby is beautiful and cozy. The rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly.

The selection of dishes is plentiful and varied, it’s impossible to try them all. Soups, cheeses, salads, a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, and meat grilled fresh all the time. 10–15 kinds of desserts, cakes, and pastries. Simply fantastic.

The SPA is beautiful and looks brand-new, with saunas, a steam room, a salt room, an outdoor pool, and an indoor thermal pool. It's perfect.

Cons:

Sometimes you could smell food from the restaurant in the hallway and in the room, as if the ventilation wasn't always working. The elevators were a bit slow, sometimes we had to wait several minutes for them.
