Important information:

Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.

Tres bel endroit, dommage que la nourriture et une partie du personnel ne soient pas au niveau
Pros:

L'hotel est situé dans la nature avec une tres belle plage. Probleme, qui n'est pas du fait de l'hotel, des qu'il y a un peu de vent, il y a enormement d'algues.
Le spa est tres bien équipé mais l'equipe du spa vraiment pas agreable.

Cons:

Nous avons été tres deçu par la nouriture qui n'a rien a voir avec les photos. C'est a la limite de la publicité mensongere! La nourriture etait tres basique avec des plats qui avaient presque tous le meme gout et des produits de qualité moyenne.
La chambre meriterai d'etre un peu rafraichie mais ça passe encore.
Le personnel du spa qui ne repondait jamais a nos bonjours, repondait a nos questions uniquement par geste, jamais le sourire. Je pensais qu'ils ne parlaient pas anglais, mais quand ma femme a voulu prendre un soin, la et bien, soudain, ils se sont mis a parler anglais.

Pros:

Бяхме в стая с изглед към морето, от която се разкриваше страхотна гледка. Беше много чисто, храната беше превъзходна, обслужването топ. Паркирането беше удобно и безплатно! Много ми хареса сауната с изглед към морето. Доволни сме от престоя ни и силно препоръчваме това място не само за море, а и за СПА извън летния сезон.

Cons:

Вътрешният басейн е с хладка вода и става само за плуване, а джакузито е с топла вода, но е недостатъчно за такъв голям хотел! Външния басейн беше топъл и дори в студено и ветровито време можеше да се ползва без проблем.

În România, acest hotel era închis demult, datorita mizeriei
Pros:

Nu este un hotel de 5 stele! Nici măcar unul de 4 nu poate fi cotat!
În România, cu siguranță, acest hotel ar fi fost închis, demult, datorita condițiilor. Nu respecta nici un clasament din turism.
Singurul lucru de apreciat este mâncarea ( asta dacă poți sa nu te gândești la mizerie!)

Cons:

Camerele sunt foarte foarte murdare! Mocheta era mizerabilă, de-a dreptul, în ambele camere pe care le-am rezervat, pereții scorojiti și pătați.
Mi-au luat 30 Euro în plus, pt " vederea la mare" și tot ce puteam vedea era terasa mizerabilă, de la primul etaj.
Parcarea este 10 euro/ zi de masina ( inexplicabil, pt un hotel care încasează bani pt 5 stele!).
Personalul parca e la înmormântare, nimeni nu zâmbește, de la femeia de la recepție, pana la cea de la SPA ( care este, de-a dreptul, zeflemitoare).
Apa din piscina miroase cumplit , halatele rupte și pătate!
Saltelele sunt extrem de moi și proaste.
Sa mai scriu despre faptul ca se încasează 2.30 Euro / capsula de cafea, din camera?? N-am pomenit asa ceva, în toată Europa. Și călătoresc mult!
Am mai stat la acest hotel, acum câțiva ani, dar nu era asa. Acum arata deplorabil! Evitați, pe cât puteți!

Pros:

Zona de Spa are foarte multe saune, jacuzzi, salina, piscina cold plunge, o piscina mare la interior și o piscină cu apă termală la exterior.
Mâncarea a fost gustoasa, meniul variat.

Cons:

Camerele sunt destul de micuțe. Saltelele sunt prea moi pentru gustul meu.

Un hotel de maxim 3 stele, plin de gândaci, mizerie la tot pasul și personal sub așteptări

Mâncarea e buna, dar mizeria din hotel, te fac sa nu mai vrei sa mănânci

Mizerabil!

Acesta e cuvântul care descrie hotelul. Nu poate fi încadrat nici la 3 stele. Personalul e prost pregătit și deloc amabil.
Camerele sunt mici, miros urat , mocheta cred ca nu a mai fost curățată de ani buni. Pereții trebuie zugrăviți.
La început de sezon, sa ai o asemenea mizerie, e intolerabil!
Receptionerele sunt depășite de timp , doamna de la SPA e constipata în permanenta, altfel nu-mi explic atitudinea! Halate rupte, pătate, gândaci la SPA.
Apa din piscina miroase cumplit.
Încasează bani suplimentar, deși prețul camerelor nu e deloc mic ( 30 Euro doar pt vederea la mare, care , de fapt, e o imagine catastrofală!), 10 euro parcarea ( deși se vrea hotel de 5 stele) , capusla de cafea contra cost ; sa mai zic ca nu au nici o sticla de apa în camera, pe care sa n-o plătești, deși se vor de 5 stele?? Mizerie- cât cuprinde și gândaci!

Un bel hôtel sur la mer noire pour se relaxer
Pros:

Le SPA et le centre de thalasso sont magnifiques. Un vrai plaisir de se baigner dans la piscine extérieure chaude en plein mois de mai.

Cons:

Par contre le massage que j’ai offert à mon mari n’a pas été du plaisir pour lui

Excellent spa and amazing beach location, even though the rooms need rennovation
Pros:

Excellent spa facilities with warm pool, lovely location on the beach and in a forest so you can hear the birds sing. The spa is the best thing.

Cons:

On the bad side, the rooms look old with dirty walls and worn our carpets, definitely needs a rennovation. Food is generally good but overall this is a very expensive hotel for what you get.
