Private parking is possible on site. There are two separate zones:
- Green Zone - free for hotel guests;
- Blue Zone (right in front of the hotel), which costs extra.

Please note that Due to the use of natural thermal water, from September 15th to May 15th, maintenance and cleaning of the eco pool are conducted twice a week. During this process, the pool is drained within the following time frames:
- From 2:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Tuesday
- From 2:00 PM on Thursday to 8:00 AM on FridayIf you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.

Old and moldy- needs some general renovation ASAP!
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu przy samej plaży zapewnia wspaniałe widoki, wschody słońca były przepiękne. Strefa SPA, która przeszła remont, robi wrażenie. Zabiegi na twarz oraz masaże ciała super. Leżaki i parasole zarówno nad basenem jak i na plaży ok- czyste i wygodne.

Cons:

Pokoje są tak brudne, że brzydziłam się chodzić boso po wykładzinie- tylko w butach. Wygląda, jakby coś na niej umarło. Czego nie dotkniesz to albo lepkie albo zakurzone. Pościel za mała i dziurawa, sprzątaczki nawet nie ścielą łóżek, tylko wynoszą śmieci, wymieniają ręczniki i przecierają lustro. W łazience były włosy i resztki kosmetyków poprzednich gości, a deska WC była brudna! Prysznic z widoczną pleśnią. Pilot od tv był obrzydliwy, aż strach dotykać. Nie ma mowy, że to jest standard na pięć gwiazdek- raczej na jedną i to marną (jeśli chodzi o pokoje). Kuchnia monotonna i słabo doprawiona- dopasowana pod klientelę czyli staruszków po 70 roku życia. Niczym nie przypominała potraw widocznych na zdjęciach w ofercie hotelu. Krewetek i mono porcji deserów nie było ani razu. Porażką jest też to, że na all inclusive trzeba dopłacać za bezalkoholowe piwo… Sufity restauracji z widocznymi zaciekami po zalaniu, woda lała się na parkiet przez lampę! Basen termalny powinien być czyszczony codziennie- robot sprzątający dno basenu powinien być standardem- dni basenu było brudne i śliskie do tego stopnia, że po wyjściu miałam czarne stopy!👣

Hier stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht.

Cons:

Hotel ist abgewohnt und gerade die Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig.Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig und verströmt einen unangenehmen Fäkaliengeruch.
Betten total durchgelegen.
Das Essen ist teilweise nur lauwarm bzw kalt.
Freundlichkeit der Angestellten. Zimmermädchen extrem freundlich, Restaurant Angestellten freundlich.
Spa Angestellte überbieten sich gegenseitig mit Unfreundlichkeit.Hier ist das Handy wichtiger als der Gast.Dieser stört nur .

Pros:

Отлично озеленен и поддържан курорт, хотела е директно на плажа, включен паркинг, чадъри на плажа (достатъчно) и отличен СПА център с външен топъл басейн, реновирана стая с фронтална близка гледка към морето, много добра закуска/вечеря в достатъчно голям ресторант, голям детски кът, учтив персонал. Гостите основно бяха възрастни и от западно-европейски държави и съответно липсваше шум и запазване на шезлонги с хвърляне на кърпи през нощта.
От години посещаваме 5-звездните хотели в съседния курорт и този път рискувахме, но хотела и комплекса като цяло ни очарова - следващия път ще сме пак там за повече време!

Cons:

При реновацията на хотела някои от общите части са запазени, например дограми, брави на врати и декоративни решетки - според мен излишно - личи си че са на много години и имат нужда от освежаване/ремонт/смяна, а и не всички такива се вписват в съвременния дизайн на хотела.

Pros:

Piscina exterioară încălzită, dotările din SPA și plaja generoasă, cu multe șezlonguri destul de confortabile sunt principalele aspecte pozitive ale proprietății, atu-uri pe care hotelul se bazează pentru a justifica probabil prețurile mari la rezervare.

Cons:

A fost cel mai slab all inclusive pe care l-am avut în Bulgaria la hoteluri de 5*.
Nu există băuturi îmbuteliate incluse, nici măcar o sticlă cu apă în cameră, totul de la dozatoare, nu există băuturi fresh iar băuturile alcoolice locale sunt departe de cele originale.
Mâncarea nu a fost satisfăcătoare, foarte sărăcăcioasă oferta, puține feluri cu carne, a fost de la zi la zi mai nemulțumitoare, mare economie face hotelul la tot și toate, în condițiile unui preț foarte ridicat la rexervare.
Gustările între mese, ca și cum n-ar fi, nici restaurante în vecinătate unde să ai ce mânca dacă în prima zi se începe cu cina - restaurantul Fish are o ofertă foarte limitată, scump și sărac, ca urmare pustiu.
Sistemul bufet, fără servire la mese (măcar pentru băuturi și cafea) în condițiile în care numeroși angajați stau fără ocupație, ajutând doar la debarasare, este foarte dezamăgitor.
Hotelul vechi, camere cu mochetă uzată și murdară și adesea miros de canal deranjant.
