La camera perfetta

Cons:

Ho pagato un pernottamento con colazione e terme, ma mi hanno detto che le terme non erano incluse.
Io ricordo perfettamente che la pubblicità su booking includeva anche l'ingresso alle terme ed era un last minute al prezzo di 222€.

Более комфортный отель мы не встречали! Идеальная чистота, современный дизайн, экологичность( натуральные материалы и даже мыло😁)! Всё рядом: паркинг ( хорошо освещенный, закрыт шлагом, камеры наблюдения), термы, отличные бар и ресторан. Термальное озеро изумительной чистоты и температуры (34-36 градусов), раздевалки, душ, туалет идеально чистые и комфортные. Персонал и в отеле и в термах и в ресторане идеальны!!! Постель и матрасы очень комфортные. Вода в номере: бутылка на столе и бутылка в холодильнике: даже это продумали! Завтрак: кроме стандартной нарезки мяса и яиц вкуснейший лосось и свежие рикотта и моцарелла, вкусная выпечка и ароматный кофе

Pros:

Struttura molto curata e bellissima per la sua posizione, con un piacevole filo conduttore architettonico che richiama le antiche terme etrusche e romane. La camera era spaziosa, accogliente, ben fornita e soprattutto molto pulita.
Molto bella anche la piscina, davvero suggestiva e quasi simile a un piccolo lago, dove si può trascorrere il tempo in completo relax. Ottimo il servizio a bordo piscina: il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, cortese e disponibile.
La Spa è accogliente e raccolta. Non è particolarmente grande, ma proprio le sue dimensioni contenute rappresentano, a mio avviso, un punto di forza: l'ambiente risulta tranquillo, rilassante e permette di vivere l'esperienza con maggiore privacy e senza la sensazione di affollamento.

Cons:

All'interno della Spa, uno degli idromassaggi non era funzionante e non mi era stato segnalato.
La criticità più importante riguarda però il parcheggio: al nostro rientro, intorno alle 23:15, la sbarra del parcheggio interno, compreso nella prenotazione, era guasta. Nonostante i tentativi di contattare telefonicamente la reception, che risultava aperta fino a mezzanotte, nessuno ha risposto. Ho quindi provato a raggiungere la reception a piedi ed effettiancora era ancora aperta. Non mi hanno saputo spiegare perché non abbiamo risposto al telefono ma mi è stato confermato che la sbarra non poteva essere aperta nemmeno manualmente. Ho dovuto parcheggiare all'esterno.
Il problema non è tanto il disagio del parcheggio, quanto il fatto che fino alla mattina successiva le auto all'interno non potessero uscire. Per un resort di questo livello ritengo questa una grave criticità di sicurezza, che dovrebbe essere gestita con assistenza e manutenzione disponibili 24 ore su 24.
Anche la gestione successiva non ci ha convinto: ci è stato proposto un aperitivo come compensazione, mentre sarebbe stato più appropriato, vista la natura del problema, un gesto maggiormente coerente con il disagio, come un buono per un futuro soggiorno o per l'accesso alle terme.
Il ristorante interno ci è piaciuto per la qualità dei piatti, anche se i prezzi sono abbastanza elevati e le porzioni decisamente troppo ridotte: primo e secondo erano più simili ad assaggi che a vere portate.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer wunderschönen Therme. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und überaus freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wünschenswert wären noch mehr vegane Optionen und ein ausreichendes Angebot an veganen Produkten zum Frühstück.

Un sogno ad occhi aperti!
Pros:

Un bellissimo soggiorno in camera deluxe, privacy e cura per i dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’ordine e la pulizia della camera che veniva fatta ogni giorno. La colazione inoltre era fantastica e molto valida! Ci dava la giusta energia per affrontare tutta la giornata in modo più leggero. Super apprezzato anche il light lunch offerto per gli ospiti delle terme! Semplice ma qualitativo! Una vacanza da sogno! Da ripetere anche in inverno per sfruttare ancora di più le terme.
Ottimo anche il servizio massaggio di coppia rilassante! Bravissimi massaggiatori!

Tutto stupendo ma qualcosa da rivedere c’è:
Il servizio del cocktail servito sotto le stelle in piscina dovrebbe essere migliorato in qualità. Anziché il prosecco abbiamo optato per due cocktail ma purtroppo non erano fatti bene e la frutta (solo cocomero ci è capitato) non era buona. Avevamo chiesto un mojito e un caipirinha, ed entrambi non si avvicinavano minimamente al cocktail richiesto. Peccato perché poi il servizio è veramente romantico e suggestivo.
