The price outstanding, Experience staff and very professional, the breakfast, and most of all the bath especially helps with my joints and beware the water is HOT which is a bonus. I had 3 soaks in 24hrs to help with my hips.

Pros:

Cheap didn’t really expect much

Cons:

No hot water in en suite !! . Damaged blinds unable to close properly. No bin in bathroom or the usual cup for teeth cleaning ect . Very wobbly railings on terrace .

Cheep cheerful family rooms were a nice size and it looked nice to walk in to the the room.
Cons:

Traffic is a little bit busy on the roads walls are thin.
In the hotel. It was not that busy in the hotel given the time of year but you could here the other rooms and the noise.

Location was excellent for what we needed, staff were lovely, the room was really clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The room had poorly fitted vertical blinds that firstly provided very little privacy, especially in the bathroom, (the window in the bathroom also wasn't frosted so virtually no privacy at all), these blinds also let in all of the light so we were woken up at half past 5 by bright sunshine coming in.

Location ideal but really need to sort the smell out.
Pros:

Location was ideal, general areas tidy and guy on reception when checking in was pleasant.

Cons:

Upon arrival we had to sit in the bar while room was checked (odd at 6:30pm but thought nothing of it at the time) when taken up to room, the corridors and room smelled strongly of air fresheners. Again thought nothing of it.
When we arrived back to our room at gone 10pm after a long day there was an overpowering smell of sewerage/drains. It was late/ children were tired so just had to deal with it. (I had to sleep with a pillow on my head that was saturated with aftershave)

hot, sweaty, sober as no draughts and over priced cans of beer, but had a lovely breakfast
Pros:

the bar area and the deep bath and the lovely breakfast.
beds were very comfy

Cons:

room was way too hot and couldnt turn off radiator.
shower was very weak.
The bar had no draught beers at all and only served cans and bottles which were very expensive.
Parking spaces, only room for 5 with over 20 rooms
