Скрипучие полы, отсутствие лейки в душевой( только тропический душ), раковина, без возможности что либо поставить на нее( зубную щетку, крем и тп)

Sin personas, un lugar hermoso no lo es tanto.
Pros:

La belleza del 'hotel' y sus habitaciones así como su patio, su decoración y respeto en la conservación del edificio.

Cons:

El que no hubiera personal, nadie con quien hablar personalmente excepto por chat, que tardaba en algunas ocasiones más de 1 hora. Nos cambiaron el apartamento para 3 parejas (3 hermanos con sus parejas) que habíamos reservado con casi 3 meses de antelación a solo unas 4 horas de nuestra llegada. Cierto es que nos ofrecieron disculpas y bien anular la reserva!!!! Lo que era ilógico con tan poco tiempo, u otras habitaciones, lo que aceptamos, también una indenización del 15% (aún no ha llegado). Además, nos decían que nos mandarían la clave para entrar a las habitaciones a las 7 de la mañana y no lo hicieron hasta las 16:30, con la angustia de no poder hablar con nadie.

Heerlijk verblijf net buiten de drukte
Pros:

Authentiek verblijf in mooi onderhouden Palazzo.
Ruim appartement met goede bedden (en redelijk harde matrassen).
Alles schoon en netjes. De badkamers zijn vrijwel nieuw.
Heerlijk om in de tuin te verblijven, hier hoor je vrijwel niets van de stad.
Op korte loopafstand van allerlei bezienswaardigheden en goede restaurants.
Tip: boek een Vespa-tour om de prachtige omgeving van Florence te ontdekken!

Cons:

Klein ontbijt in naastgelegen restaurantje, zeer beperkte keuze voor hotelgasten.
Appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers: de slaapkamers zijn gescheiden door een schuifdeur, dus weinig privacy als je met 2 stellen bent! Je moet altijd door de 1e slaapkamer om de 2e te kunnen bereiken. De 1e slaapkamer is gesitueerd op een soort vide; dit wordt niet beschreven op de website.

Beautiful but noisy stay
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room and facilities were beautiful and well kept. When we had a leak in the bathroom and contacted the team, they responded swiftly and fixed the issue.

Cons:

The walls were extremely thin so we were disturbed a lot even with their gifted earplugs. The quiet hours highlighted around the building were not respected. The "self-service" element of the hotel probably contributed to the lack of control over sound.

Decent room, don’t expect anything else though .

The staff were rude, told us to walk 1km to find potable water. Bed was uncomfortable and two singles pushed together

Nice, but not for all
Pros:

Отличное расположение, внутренний дворик - сад

Cons:

У нас были номера 103 и 206 - на первом и втором этажах. Взобраться по старинной лестнице в чемоданами были не просто. Персонала нет от слова вообще. У нас в одном из номеров плохо работал кондиционер и не закрывались жалюзи в окне на крышу
Оставить чемоданы в локерах, что б познать на эскурсию в день отъезда на получилось. Все они были заняты 🤷‍♀️

Super Lage, spezielle Zimmer, schöner Garten, Ruhe, eigenes Restaurant , hervorragendes Ambiente, alles vorhanden was es braucht. Schneller und guter Kundendienst

La posizione e la sala per la colazione solo gli unici aspetti che salvo di questo soggiorno

Cons:

La stanza era strettissima, con pochissimi cm tra il lato del letto e il muro. Impossibile girarsi. Illuminazione con vecchie plafoniere da struttura di basso livello, nonostante il prezzo. Porta del bagno che sbatte contro il lavabo. il check in è solo digitale, perciò per noi che abbiamo deciso il viaggio all'ultimo secondo e siamo arrivati stanchi e molto tardi è stato arduo registrarci. Un altro problema grave è che il navigatore ci indirizzava esclusivamente nella ZTL anche se risultava chiusa. Non c'è possibilità di parcheggio.

Pros:

Ein cooles Ambiente und die Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung.

Cons:

Der Online Checkin ist nervig und aufwändig, da er für mehrere Ersonen gemacht werden musste. Vor allem werden Fragen gestellt, die mit dem Checkin nichts zu tun haben. Ich präferiere den persönlichen Kontakt mit den Quartiergebern.
