Nice modern hotel, very clean and with fantastic service. All the staff were very helpful. I needed extra armchair for my parents in their room and it got sorted instantly. My room had air on issue and the lady at the reception tried her best to find a replacement room. I got one that was smaller (size of the room did not bother me) but with working air con. All 3 rooms were super clean.
The single beds were the biggest issue for me... One was super soft with edges of the mattress dropping under any weight. When laying down you had a feeling you would drop off the bed when turning, as the mattress was not giving any support on the sides.
Strangely the 2nd bed did not have that issue. It was they way it should be and also was slightly wider.
The same issue happened in both my and my parents room.
There was no coffee machine or fridge in the smaller room.
Parking was available although it was paid 29zlotys for the night. My parents stayed there a few months ago and it was free.
Piękny hotel, najbardziej komfortowy w jakim spałem
Butelka wina na przywitanie była bardzo miła odmiana powitania, bardzo smaczne jedzenie
Hotel sam w sobie wygląda znakomicie - od zewnątrz, jak i wewnątrz. Panie na recepcji komunikatywnie oraz uprzejme, pomogły z małym problemem. Pokój odpowiednio wyposażony, czysty, wszystko schludnie i należycie. Otrzymaliśmy prezenty w postaci wytrawnego wina oraz dwóch butelek wody (330ml x 2) gazowana oraz niegazowana - bardzo miły gest, choć wytrawnego nie pijamy, więc zostawiliśmy, ale wodą się poczęstowaliśmy. Nikt nam w trakcie pobytu nie przeszkadzał, nie było hałasu, nie było nieprzyjemnych zapachów, a niedaleko hotelu jest przystanek tramwajowy, więc łatwo można się przemieścić bez auta. Zapłaciliśmy za jedną dobę 250zł i wiele razy trafiliśmy za większe pieniądze gorzej, więc naprawdę miło się zaskoczylismy i polecamy wszystkim :)
Nie mogę powiedzieć, że mi się nie podobało, ponieważ pobyt był bardzo przyjemny, natomiast są dwie rzeczy, który jakoś źle przyjąłem:
1. Hotel nie akceptuje palenia wewnątrz (co jest na plus), natomiast palarnia jest dosłownie pod drzwiami wejściowymi, więc nie jest to najprzyjemniejsze przeżycie przechodzić przez dym kilku ludzi - a taka grupa akurat stała przed hotelem. Uważam, że można to przesunąć gdzieś dalej.
2. Klimatyzacja w pokoju - rzeczywiście coś tam wiało w pokoju, ale nie jest to coś, co mocno chłodzi - a w obecnych temperaturach było to dla nas w jakiś sposób niewygodne. W pokoju był panel sterowania, niby daliśmy na najniższą możliwą temperaturę w trybie COLD, ale wciąż nie czuliśmy chłodzenia. Coś w deseń wiatraczka w ścianie, który wieje na okno i na sobie raczej tego nie odczuwasz.
