Convenient, clean, good staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff are lovely. Yes the hotel is a little dated I. The corridors and rooms but the beds are comfy, clean and good linen and towels. Male staff on reception was exceptional.

Cons:

Only the decor but it doesn’t affect the stay just not as pretty as we are used to.

Great location but sub standard, expensive accommodations
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Steep stairs - almost ladder like and carrying up our luggage was difficult. We were concerned about the cleanliness of the property. There was mould in the shower and the basin. The musty smell was very prominent and do not go if you are asthmatic.

Pros:

- Потрясающее расположение — отель находится прямо на центральной площади. Для прогулок пешком это идеальное место.
- Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал.
- Отличные завтраки: большой выбор свежей выпечки, разных видов хлеба, овощей, фруктов, сыров и мясных нарезок, хороший кофе и свежевыжатый сок. Все вкусно и качественно.
- Удобная кровать — спать было комфортно.
- Несмотря на небольшие размеры ванной комнаты, она была чистой, полотенца хорошего качества.

Cons:

- Главная проблема — отсутствие собственной парковки. Подъехать к отелю практически невозможно, так как он расположен в пешеходной зоне. Мы арендовали автомобиль на время отдыха и дополнительно заплатили 112 € за парковку на 5 дней. При бронировании создается впечатление, что у отеля есть удобное решение с парковкой, но в высокий сезон это оказывается совсем не так.
- Очень слабая звукоизоляция. Слышно абсолютно всё: соседей, двери, сантехнику, разговоры в коридоре.
Не менее шумно и снаружи. Уже с 6–7 утра начинается уборка улиц, вывоз мусора и стекла, поэтому практически каждое утро мы просыпались от сильного шума.
- Кондиционер невероятно шумный. Спать с ним включенным было невозможно — даже беруши не помогали. В итоге мы пользовались им только днем, а ночью выключали.
- Сам номер довольно простой и неуютный. Интерьер выглядит устаревшим и не создает ощущения комфорта.
- Стоит учитывать, что красивый вид есть далеко не у всех номеров. Нам повезло жить на верхнем этаже с видом на холм, но номера ниже, скорее всего, выходят окнами на стены соседних зданий.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

I had a lovely stay! The staff were all very friendly, the location was perfect, and my room was much larger than expected! I had only booked a single room and I honestly couldn't believe how much space there was. Bed was very comfortable too.

Cons:

It was a bit hot. The air-conditioner didn't seem to do very much but even so, it was still tolerable.
