这家酒店非常糟糕，是我有生以来住过的最差酒店：
- 酒店房间非常非常简陋，像青年旅社。地理位置在非常非常吵闹的广场，无法入眠。
- 我们定了两个房间：入住后房间1的床上发现了一个黑虫；房间2对着广场，关上窗门也无法隔音，极其极其吵闹。街上的喧哗音乐声等让你觉得住在了酒吧里，到凌晨都没有停止无法入睡。
- 凌晨2点半左右全城停电触发了酒店的火警，这个可以理解。但是最可怕的是：整个过程没有出现一个酒店工作人员告诉大家发生了什么以及该怎么办。我们惊慌失措穿着睡衣跑到街上，等了很久发现马路上只有我们酒店的人。问了路边警察才知道是false alarm，然而这个酒店无法关闭火警，也没人出现来解释和告知。我们就在越来越尖利的火警声里呆等到3:30才停止火警。能想象一家正规酒店对客人的安保和服务意识吗？
- 到凌晨五下面的时候，我们刚刚惊魂下总算要入睡。我们的面对广场的房间很不幸，在酒店工作间当中，清洁人员大声摔门和拖动车子直接逼疯我们，丝毫无法入睡。
- 早上6点的时候，火警又响了！第二天那个男前台告诉我们他只是在试验怎么控制火警….而且态度傲慢告诉我们不觉得有问题。
- 整个酒店全是旅游团。我们当时订酒店是看中高评分，然而我们觉得全是刷出来虚假评分。

Très bien. Gentil d’offrir un sac dejeuner pour departs hâtifs mais peu de contenu.
Pros:

Très bien situé et personnel très aidant

Cons:

L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas mais on a reçu beaucoup d’aide de la réception, un ventilateur puis finalement ce fut réparé rapidement.

No air condition, only an old and noisy ventilation system, that didn't produce any cold air, and there were 35 degrees. You advertise you have air condition which is fake

Alarm ring from 2am until 3h30 am and recepcionist couldn't switch it off, which shows no preparararion from recepcion do handle extraordinary situations. You should return money back to guests, but didn't. We pay a hotel for a night of sleep and you coudln't offer it in return, unacceptable

Cons:

Nach einem Stromausfall ging die Alarmglocke nachts für 1,5 Stunden weil kein Manager erreichbar war, welcher sich der Sache hätte annehmen können. Die Nacht war damit vorbei. Entschädigung wäre angemessen. Kein Wort, keine Entschuldigung am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption vom Personal.

We had a great time in a great location.
Pros:

The location was great with easy access to tourist sites, bars and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food.

Cons:

Everything was good but when the fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning (which was no fault of the hotel) there was no one around to help with the evacuation procedure and we all stood outside for a while until such times as staff from the hotel attended to sort the issue.
