Sauberes, Hotel mit Klima auf dem Zimmer, geräumiges modernes Bad, gute Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und schneller Zuga

Saubere Zimmer, Klimatisiert, modernes Bad, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Relativ laut, Zimmertüren auf den Fluren schlagen laut zu. Im Innenhof morgens laute Unterhaltung vom Personal, Hundegebell auch sehr oft festgestellt. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar alles, jedoch ist die Auswahl relativ begrenzt, vorallem Brötchen und Brot begrenzt sich auf Weissbrot, Körnerbrötchen oder dunkles Brot als Ergänzung wäre schön.

Cons:

Het beviel ons niet dat we een kamer op de hoogste verdieping zonder een normale raam kregen. Verder was niks om koffie of thee te zetten wat je wel verwacht van een vier sterren hotel.

Pros:

We stayed for a night with family. Its a ten minute walk from san giovani train station which is great but very hard with luggage because of number of stairs, street lights and cobble roads. Take a bus instead. Bus number to use are 4,5,2,130. The hotel is conveniently located right in the plaza with couple of minutes walk to the lakefront. Customer service is great, our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. The hotel has a lift and air conditioner. Lot of places to eat and shop.
