Polecamy hotel mimo opisanych niedoskonałości

Hotel posiada znakomitą lokalizację, bardzo blisko do jeziora, 10 minut pieszo do stacji kolejowej. W bliskiej okolicy sklepy, restauracje i kawiarnie. Pokój i łazienka czyste i przytulne. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i dostarczana woda mineralna. Śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Niestety doskonała lokalizacja ma również swoje minusy - w bliskim sąsiedztwie znajdują się kawiarnie i restauracje, które są bardzo głośne do późnych godzin wieczornych. Słychać także turystów przechodzących wieczorem i w nocy ulicą. Nad samym ranem ciszę zakłócają śmieciarki. Zamknięte okna trochę zmniejszają hałas. W pokoju mógłby znajdować się zestaw do parzenia herbaty.

Location is excellent. Staff helpful, friendly & attentive. Good size room & shower area. Good breakfast. Air con good also.

Cons:

Room with no view. Attic room has no view unless you stand on chair. Perhaps it would be good for the future to build a small platform.

Fijn hotel op een top locatie. Heerlijke stad om een paar dagen te verblijven.
Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch! Mindervaliden kamer met het gevoel van een deluxe kamer. Prachtig sanitair. Heel ruime kamer.
De ligging is perfect!

Cons:

De lift is absoluut niet te gebruiken voor mensen in een iets grotere rolstoel. Ik heb een heel kleine rolstoel maar had zelfs heel veel moeite om in en uit de lift te komen. Ik zou er om deze reden niet meer gaan slapen. Het hotel staat wel als rolstoeltoegankelijk beschreven.

We decided to extend out holiday by 2 days. Lots to do in Como and round with easy access.
Pros:

Location was very good. Breakfast was good with a lady who made drinks to order and fresh fruits, etc. No Tea and Coffee making facilities. Was brought a kettle etc. to have this which was nice.

Cons:

Room did not have a suitable place to keep a large suitcase.
