Nice trip to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday.
Pros:

We had a room facing the square and the evening atmosphere was superb.
The location is very handy for the ferry's and restaurants which are all close by.
Breakfast was really nice and lots of selection.

Cons:

I thought the price was a little steep, but you are in a lovely place.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit topp Lage und leckerem Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist sauber, Bad modern und mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Cons:

Die sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer lässt sich nicht regulieren obwohl 3 Stärkestufen vorhanden sind. Wir hatten sie dann ganz aus über Nacht und Dank der hohen Decke war es auszuhalten. Die Fahrräder müssen im Aufzug (hochkant) ins Office gebracht werden. Etwas umständlich aber sicher.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Como, within easy walking distance of the train station, ferry pier, and the town center. The property was neat and clean, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an electric kettle in the room for guests who would like to make tea or coffee.

ロケーションが良かった。朝食も種類が多く、満足できた。シングルベッド2台の部屋を希望し、準備して頂き助かった。

Cons:

設備が古い。エレベータも1台しかなく、古く、遅い。何処の階にあるか表示もないので、階段を使うことが多かった。

Location is good and central.

Cons:

The air conditioning is not working during our stay when outside temp reaching 100F. We contacted the property a few times and they could not be much help. Hope the management could do something about it. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Fantastic stay. wonderful location and value for money.
