Solides Hotel mit freundlichem Service
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel Firenze verbracht, allerdings ohne Frühstück. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber und gepflegt, was einen angenehmen ersten Eindruck vermittelt. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und würde von einer Überholung deutlich profitieren.

Das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was wir besonders geschätzt haben.

Insgesamt ist das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, solide für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Hotel in puncto Modernisierung etwas Nachholbedarf hat.

The location was perfect! Very close to the train station and the lake and right in the centre with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was big, spacious and very comfortable. Amazing bed. I really loved the city view. The controls in the room were also great because you could control the outside blinds going up and down, as well as the lights in the hallway and bedroom.

The bathroom was lovely, big and bright, with a really powerful shower.

The room was cleaned every day and was always left nice and tidy.

Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

There were only a few light switches in the main bedroom and no ceiling light, so the room could be a little dark.

un bref séjour agréable
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, avec un bon petit déjeuner. une grande chambre confortable avec vue sur la place Volta. Possibilité d'arriver jusqu'à l'hôtel avec notre moto. personnel attentif

location was incredible. room very clean and spacious. staff very friendly!

Cons:

the bed was a little hard and the a/c wasn't the best, but I am American so I understand. The TV did not work, but I didn't mention it because I wasn't there to watch TV anyways ;)
