The receptionist on duty during my check-in night was very helpful! He responded quickly to my request for directions. The room was very spacious! The self-service washing machine with dryer function was a lifesaver! There are many eateries around the hotel.
The location of the hotel on Google Map is wrong. Please fix that. I also hope that the hotel can provide instructions on how to change the time settings, especially for the dryer function. I took me some time to figure that out. I also noticed other guests having the same problem. One or more mosquitoes was in my room on my first night. I think the mosquitoes entered from the opened window in the laundry room.

Really the location of hotel is perfect. The stuff were very nice. Furthermore, the cleaning services was amazing. The furniture of the room and it's design was very nice. Finally, there are many halal restaurants very near to hotel for Muslims.
Nobody in the staff speaks english. !
Wi-Fi was not good at all, serious connectivity issue. Breakfast options for Veg was very limited.

We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. My 67 year old father caught on a cold because of this. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I’d say the complimentary breakfast buffet deserves a B- , offers small selection of western food which is not very common in China.
Property was not clean, there were bugs in the room, the toilet was not cleaned, felt really icky and gross
