Easy, Comfortable & Quiet Stay
Pros:

Location seemed close to the highway but it was set back far enough from the major roads that it was actually very quiet - which was great. Breakfast was a thoughtful spread for folks with different dietary requirements - better than I've seen in many Holiday Inns.

Pros:

Pam who was the agent who checked me in, greeted me upon arrival with a pleasant smile and made the process quick and easy with efficiency. She was also on duty as I checked and you remembered me by name, not a big deal but it was special personal touch, and I appreciate great customer service. It is not a fluke, I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times now and each time. The facility is clean, rooms nice and customer service is excellent.

Cons:

I didnt like the housekeeping was in an uncomfortable rush to clean my room.

Location is perfect, near the freeway.
Very accessible fast food places near the hotel.
Employees very helpful.

Easy to adjust room temperature.
Spacious bathroom

Cons:

Room not well lit.
Not much toiletries in the bathroom.
From the hotel, it's hard to make a left turn to the street, too many cars both directions. A traffic light can help.
No complimentary coffee in the lobby.
