This hotel is not worth of money we spend ,very disappointed.
Pros:

This hotel has beautiful pools

Cons:

We asked for Balcony with Sea view, we got the worse view , bed very uncomfortable , carpets in room very old and smelled bad, bathroom so small, access to the beach not great, nearby beach is very small, every other person around you smoke on the beach, very disappointed overall with the hotel, would never go back to the same hotel!!!

Lokalizacja ,dobra ,fajne przejście na plaże przez schron .W hotelu i przy basenach sterylnie czysto.Osoby w recepcji na 5 z plusem, Szczególne podziękowanie dla Pani Lary .która z empatią profesjonalizmem rozwiązała Nasz problem.Hotel godny polecenia.Dziękujemy.Pyciak Wiesław

das GRAND HOTEL NEUM ist ein NO-GO, überteuert und vermutlich schlechtes Hotel-Management !!!
Pros:

Das einzig schöne am Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel NEUM war der tolle riesige INFINITY Pool
und der CHECK-IN ging schnell und unkompliziert - wir hatten Glück, 1 Minute nach uns kam wieder ein Reisebus an, da dauerte es wieder sehr lang, das Personal war freundlich, aber völlig überfordert!

Cons:

Wir sind an einem Samstag angereist, wo zusätzlich der 800 Hotelgäste eine Hochzeit stattfand - CHAOS PUR, deshalb war der zuständige Mann beim Parkplatz einweisen, völlig überfordert. Erst als er zur Kenntnis nahm, dass wir keine Hochzeitsgäste waren, bekamen wir dann sogar einen Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz.
Die Zimmer sind groß, aber sehr dunkel, der gebuchte Meerblick war ein dunkler Balkon, wo man sich weit hinaus-lehnen musste , um das Meer um die Ecke gerade noch zu sehen.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, auch zu wenig Licht und die Dusche in der Badewanne ist NUR WAS FÜR SPORTLICHE, da die Badewanne so hoch ist, dass ich gerade noch hinein/heraussteigen konnte (viele meiner Bekannten hätten das nicht geschafft).
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen (HP war nur eine geringe Aufzahlung, kann man sich aber sparen) ist eine Massen-Abfertigung in einem Riesen-Speisesaal. Die Essens-Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig, das Abendessen war lauwarm bis kalt, es wurde beim Buffet nie etwas nachgefüllt und alle Mitarbeiter standen "de-motiviert" herum und sahen absichtlich weg, damit man sie nicht um etwas bitten/fragen konnte. Beim Abendessen waren die Preise für Wein, Bier und Mineral total überteuert!
Das schlimmste war die öffentliche Toilette beim Infinity-Pool, von 3 Toiletten waren 2 ohne Licht und die Toilettendeckel zwar geputzt, aber total abgenützt :-( Als ich zuerst im SPA-Bereich und später bei der Rezeption meldete, ob sie nicht Jemand vorbeischicken könnten, der wenigstens in den 2 (von 3) Toiletten das Licht reparieren könnte, meinte die Dame beim SPA das gehe sie nichts an und die Dame bei der Rezeption meinte, sie werde es weiterleiten, kann aber für nichts garantieren.
Das Personal scheint nicht geschult und total überlastet zu sein!

Pros:

Les piscines , l accès à la plage

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et dîner du soir très déçu pour un grand hôtel soit disant.
Le petit déjeuner très moyen, pas du tout de viennoiseries à part de petits croissants trop cuits,le café n était pas bon, les boissons au fruit coupé à l eau est même pas fraîche . Et le dîner du soir repas d une cantine. Très mécontent pour un hôtel soit disant grand hôtel.

Sve super,osoblje,,cistoca,hrana.

Cons:

Jedno vece bila je svadba koja je trajala do 4h30 min ,galama,vika lupanje po stolovima i sl .
Tako da tu vece nismo zaspali ni sat vremena kako treba.
Lose iskustvo.
