Pros:

The hotel was lovley and in the right location.

Cons:

Some staff not so friendly and also the evening entertainment was quite boring not what we expected as seen on the website.
Slow service on one of the days for breakfast this hotel is not good value for money.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt neben Königspalast und Gran Via. Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Besonders hervorheben muss man aber das ausnahmslos freundliche und extrem Service orientierte Personal. Vom Doormen über die Putzkraft bis zum Lifeguard am Pool, waren alle wirklich mehr als zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher Mittelma, die location im 12. Stock dafür aber sehenswert.

To put it in a nutshell, I would reccommend staying in this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect, many options were available for dining, shopping and many more. The rooftop offered a beautiful scenery of the city texture of Madrid; moreover, the pool and bar made it even more delightful. The breakfast was fantastic!
