Pros:

The location is excellent and the facilities are spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is understaffed in the breakfast room; either that or the waiters avoid to make eye contact to avoid being asked for service. In addition, the omelets served are undercooked inside and kind of burnt on the outside. This was consistent during our stay.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights the rooms are beautifully decorated . We had a spacious room on the 11th floor with great views onto the Plaza . Unfortunately on the first evening I could not sleep due to the loud music from the sky bar until early hours of the morning. This was unexpected and I phoned the reception to complain not something I would normally do.The next morning the duty manager contacted us to apologise and offer us an upgrade where the noise level would be better . We thanked him but said it was not necessary he persisted that he wanted us to have the stay we should and they moved us to their best room . The views are stunning ,we could see the Palace & beyond . We really appreciated the pride he took in his role & the hotel wanting to ensure the guests had the best stay possible .
