Absolutely stunning hotel, excellent staff, outstanding facilities, perfect location 100% recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious, extremely clean, beautifully decorated. The bathroom was fantastic with its own private loo and a beautiful glass window that allowed to a view of the bedroom and the view outside, wonderful concept. The mini bar and tea/coffee facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about - it is an excellent hotel, worthy of its 5 star and more. Slight noise at night coming from the 12th floor where the Bar is, however totally acceptable (we were on the 14th floor).

la situación del Hotel está muy bien está delante de un parque y es al lado de la Gran Vía, la cual tiene muy buena transporte para todo Madrid

Cons:

El personal del Hotel me atendieron, pero no fueron correctos en recepción mis peticiones incluso éramos varios y pedimos una cama extra, y también hacía ruido y no quisieron atendernos para un cambio

Pros:

La stanza era grande, sempre in ordine e molto pulita. Nonostante la stanza si affacciava su una piazza molto trafficata, non si sentiva alcun rumore. Lo staff era gentilissimo e immediatamente presente per ogni richiesta. Nel bagno c'è il bidet.

Cons:

Il bagno ha una doppia porta che garantisce la privacy, ma non c'è la chiave.
