Cons:

1.改成機台自助入住後，員工的服務相對降低，應對也差。

2.沒有提供一次性備品可理解，但連以往慣例提供的瓶裝水都沒有就很糟糕了。以這種等級的飯店不應該連這麼基礎的服務都沒有，還敢收這樣的住宿費！住宿體驗完全不如以往，整體水準下降太多。

3.廣告主打溫馨、舒適，但打從一進入大廳開始就給人廣告不實的感覺，毫無溫度，只剩機械化的制式，金玉其外。
