Pros:

Ничего, кроме того что рядом с вокзалом.

Cons:

Я специально бронировала чтобы омер XL из-за большой двухместной кровати. Проблема 1-я положили на кровать 2 полуторных матраса . 2-я проблема - грязные полы. 3-я проблема фен для волос не работал! И самая важная проблема- номер дали на нолевом этаже .. люди ходят на ул це и все видят что в номере. Чувствуешь себя максимально не комфортно и не безопасно!и я прикладываю фотографию, где парень смотрел в мой номер на протяжении часа!

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, camere pulite con cucina ben fornita. È un posto adatto per chi vuole avere un'esperienza in completa indipendenza (check-in/check-out online, accesso ai servizi -lavatrici, prodotti per la pulizia, servizi della hall). Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione centrale.

Cons:

Nonostante io abbia apprezzato l'indipendenza, non è molto facile comunicare con la struttura, sia su booking sia in presenza, e avere qualcuno a cui chiedere informazioni non è mai una brutta cosa.
Inoltre, le camere, pur avendo in dotazione un ventilatore, sono estremamente calde.
Nella nostra camera mancava il phon e questo non era specificato nella descrizione della camera stessa.

Unico vantaggio: la posizione vicinissima alla stazione.

Cons:

La struttura non soddisfa i requisiti di igiene. Il lenzuolo presentava una macchia marrone, polvere e capelli sul tavolo, sul ripiano della cucina e nel bagno. Abbiamo passato l'aspirapolvere a disposizione nello sgabuzzino di ogni piano. Nonostante le segnalazioni, il lenzuolo è stato cambiato dopo due giorni, perché "non c'era personale disponibile prima".

Cons:

무인 숙소라 문제 발생 시 대응이 아쉬웠습니다. 선풍기가 고장나 수리를 요청했고 직원이 방문하겠다고 했으나 오지 않아서 숙박 내내 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 지내야 했습니다.
