Descrizione dell'hotel non corrispondente alla realtà. Pulizia pessima e servizio cliente carente. Ho dovuto cambiare hotel e ad oggi non ho ricevuto il rimborso richiesto tramite booking (e concordato con lo staff dell'hotel) per le notti non passate in hotel.
