Pros:

You have very valuable team member Sherry. She has been great and up to standard.

Cons:

The gym facility staff members - bad.

Pros:

Локация была для нас хорошей в соотношении к цене номера. Номера чистые, завтраки и еда с хорошим и большим выбором. Шведский стол есть на завтрак, обед и ужин. Приятная администратор в зоне ресторана на завтраки и обеды и ужины.

Cons:

В начале мне показался грубым персонал, но возможно это было в результате неправильного перевода. К слову когда мы пользовались переводчиком через AI он часто додумывал и говорил слова которые я не произносила, возможно это было в две стороны.

Wonderful stay with spacious rooms and amazing breakfast
Pros:

Pan Pacific Hotel was an excellent choice. Both the hotel itself and the service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious, large, and perfectly clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding — with a wide selection of both cold and hot dishes, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very easy to communicate with.

We also used the spa facilities — the massage was excellent, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable. Just keep in mind that a swimming cap is required for the pool.

Another great advantage of the hotel is its location — very close to shopping centers and within walking distance of the Forbidden City. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, my stay at Beijing Pan Pacific was very pleasant and enjoyable. I will come back again.
Pros:

I like its very modern and customer-centered design of the room, elevator, and hallway. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that a big shopping mall is just next door.

Cons:

I wish that it were closer to metro.
