Great stay
Pros:

Great hotel in a convenient location. Rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. Clean towels were provided every day. Good selection of breakfast options at the buffet. Large, well equipped gym. Lovely, friendly staff.

Cons:

The chinese restaurant in the hotel (hotel has buffet restaurant and Chinese and Japanese dining rooms) advertised itself as vegan friendly but wasn't. We were looking for vegetarian options and they had none.

If you look for a relaxing getaway- try another hotel
Pros:

The room was specious.

Cons:

The hotel is not a luxury hotel, it’s more a local hotel.
The welcoming was very uncomfortable when the stuff wanted us to pay an extra 400rmb for a bed to the Family Suit(2 adults & 1 child) and it continued all over the stay when they refused to include the child in the breakfast and lounge(again - we have paid for it in advance).
The lounge - don’t count on it.

Recommended
Pros:

The hotel is not the newest end, not the most luxurious in the city. However, I have to say I was positively surprised. The suite I had was kept very well. The price value relation is good. Food was decent. Staff was sympathetic and helpful. And the cute Panda I got as a titanium member gift was very well received by one of my daughters. Overall, at the prices they currently charge, an HOTEL which I can recommend.

Pros:

The room is wonderfully spacious, and the large bathroom is stunning. Everything is very clean, and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. This is already my third stay here; I’ll definitely book here again and highly recommend it!
