Из плюсов пожалуй только расположение удобное туристу, но даже так все соседние улицы оккупированы бомжами и семьям с детьми категорически не рекомендую эту локацию.

Cons:

Отель и особенно номера требуют ухода и ремонта: в номере не работал светильник, слабая вентиляция, кондиционер не обслуживался годами и работал только в одном режиме максимального обдува, что вылилось в итоге в болезнь. И фото расположения кондиционера относительно кровати не соответствовало реальности - дул прямо в лицо. Ванная комната для очень худых людей. Какие-то приколы с лимитированной туалетной бумагой и один раз не пополнили воду в номере.
