Overall very good value for money and good location other than the potential noise issue
Pros:

Superb location near everything in the old town. The breakfast was very good with choice of freshly cooked main course. We like the room decor.

Cons:

It is right next to two karaoke pubs so if you are sensitive to noise, I would suggest you go elsewhere. It wasn’t super noisy but I could hear a very soft drum base! It bothered me a bit but I could still fall asleep.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast in the centre of town
Pros:

Lovely characterful hotel right in the centre of town. Nice breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

The aircon didn’t work in our room which was internal (no windows) and therefore very hot and impossible to sleep. We had to ask several times for it to be looked at (we kept being told it WAS working when it wasn’t) and in the end we just had to accept the hot room. Not what we would expect for quite an expensive hotel.
