Location and room - good, other stuff - ok
Pros:

Location, room, bed, view

Cons:

The AC didn’t work, complained twice, the girls couldn’t manage to put to 20c, it was always 24.6c, so I had to be with the windows open
Breakfast not too many options.
Only blonde receptionist knew English and was good at her job, the girls with black hair, should not be receptionists they barely know English. The lady from last night her English was pathetic

Bardzo fajny hotel w samym sercu Rygi, ale są pokoje bez okien.
Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja w samym centrum Rygi. Fajny dojazd od lotniska. Dużo restauracji w okolicy. Bardzo cicho w nocy.

Cons:

Niestety dostałem pokój bez okna.

Schöne Zeit in Riga in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Zimmer zum Atrium, sauber, mit sehr bequemen Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gute Lage, zentral in der Stadt, mit Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Würde ich nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte es etwas zügiger mit dem Kaffee sein.Das Bedienungspersonal wirkte beim Frühstück manchmal etwas überfordert.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again for any future visit!

Everything was perfect, from the location and cleanliness to the friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Great city center break
Pros:

Heart of Old Town - everything must see close to walk, Stylish and Spacious rooms, Rainbow shower, nice breakfast with one window opening view to the city, friendly staff, easy check in and check out

Cons:

Lot of good amenities, unfortunately no soap for handwashing - being bit of a downside.
It is not particularly dislike, but in case you are sensitive to noise this might be challenging as the house faces a square with bars and live music - ear plugs are provided.

Absolute gem of a place! Perfect location!
Pros:

It was such a perfect place to stay for us. Location was incredible and the room was so charming! It was also immaculate. Breakfast was really lovely too, nice hot coffee and a choice from a menu. Also a lovely buffet

Ein Aufenthalt reicht!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war absolut ruhig, man hat nichts von dem Lärm vor dem Haus mitbekommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, das war bekannt.
Umso mehr ist man auf eine funktionierende Klimaanlage angewiesen, grade dann wenn das Thermostat des Schlafraums auch nach 4 Stunden Klimaanlage bei 24,7 Grad verharrt.

Man bat uns einen Ventilator an, der die Luft jedoch nur verwirbelt aber nicht kühlt!

Man hat uns weder einen Nachlass angeboten, noch hat man sich entschuldigt.

Auch das Frühstück hatte so seine Tücken.
Obwohl die Frühstückszeit bis 11.00 ausgewiesen war wurde 30 Minuten vor Ende nicht mehr nachgelegt.

Croissants waren gerne mal hart und der letzte Restaurantmitarbeiter war an beiden Tagen nicht mal in der Lage einfache Bestellungen auf zunehmen und zu bringen.

- Useful in‑room amenities — Having a fridge and coffee machine in the room was genuinely convenient.
- Good-sized safe — Large enough to store a laptop, which is always appreciated.
- Robes and slippers — A nice touch that added a bit of comfort.

Cons:

⚠️ Negative aspects
- No exterior window — The biggest issue was that the room had no window to the outside, something not made clear in the photos or description. Had I known this, I would not have booked the room.
- Cleanliness oversight — While the room appeared clean overall, finding a previous guest’s sock between the wardrobe and the wall was unpleasant.
- Insufficient toiletries — For two adults, only one very small shampoo and one very small shower gel were provided. It may seem minor, but I’ve never encountered this before in a hotel of this standard.
- Broken air‑conditioning — The air‑conditioning didn’t work at all. We were only told this after asking, and were given a fan instead. From what the receptionist said, it sounded like it hadn’t been working for some time.
- Communication difficulties — The reception staff we interacted with struggled with both English and Latvian for simple questions, though they could speak Russian. This made basic communication more difficult than expected.
- Unclear checkout process — When leaving, there was no staff member present, no key drop box, and no instructions. After waiting and looking around, we eventually left the key on the empty desk where someone had paused Netflix.

Great location and accessible.
Pros:

Stylish very central hotel with good size room and everything you could need

Cons:

My room didn't have a window. To be honest that ensured it was quiet- the hotel is on a square packed with outdoor bars and I didnt hear a thing.
