Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer niet zo groot voor een vijf-sterren hotel. Traditioneel, ouderwets ingericht.
Zeer goede locatie!

Cons:

Het ontbijt: zeer karig, geen buffet. Geen fruit, weinig keuze.

Pros:

This is a classic 5 star hotel which means everything is exceptional. The staff are peerless - Engaging, competent and helpful. Food is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Perfect downtown location. We walked everywhere. The staff were friendly, Geneva overall is very friendly. The hotel didn’t have a gym but we had free access to a fabulous gym about a 10 min walk away.

Cons:

The furniture is what some would call shabby chic but I found it dated and I prefer not to have carpet in my rooms. The breakfast was fine- nothing fabulous.
