Exceptionally courteous concierge and reception but restaurant and bedding quality controllers need to intervene.
Pros:

A little disappointed in this member of Relais et Chateaux notwithstanding the wonderful concierge staff, the courteous and professional reception.

Two flaws:
1- too much fabric softener odor on the sheets, very unusual for a 5-star hotel in the group; every turn on the pillow generated a waft of toxic faux "perfume". Anyone with sensitivity to odors will likely have difficulty. In addition, the sheets, I did not specifically check the fibre content, seemed to include a lot of polyester.
2-the not-so-great breakfast both for quality of offerings (not great bread products, previously used jam jars, wait-staff distracted and not particularly attentive.

Paying top price in this expensive city is to be expected. Next trip we'll try somewhere else.

Spectacular
Pros:

It is such a beautiful property, really comfortable and walking distance to the historic sites in lake Geneva. The staff is really friendly and helpful making your stay a perfect one.

Cons:

Small things like most swiss hotels no kettle or tea facilities in the room and pillow selection but im being really picky the hotel was excellent

A lovely little gem in the heart of Geneva and 3 minutes walk to the famous Davidoff cigar shop.
Pros:

The Location is perfect for me and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The outside sitting area could have been better attended by the staff with a welcoming smile like the staff at the reception.

Very pleasant stay in nice hotel with plenty of restaurant choices in the area

Please stay in a nice location in Geneve for restaurants, walks and sightseeing.
Pros:

Liked the spacious room and central location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Didn't have an electrical outlet to plug my computer into at the desk in the room, Had ot unplug either the TV or desk lamp to make plug in my computer.

الفندق لا يرتقي لخمس نجوم
كان هناك نمل في جناح الجنور وعلى السرير
المتاشف كانت لها رائحه غير مستحبه ربما من طريقه الغسيل
بوفيه الافطار حسب الطلب لا تراه وياتون لك بعينات قليله وليس من حقك معاوده اي طلب كان هناك كرسون تعامل معانا بعنصريه ولكن تواصلت مع موظف الاستقبال وكان مشكورا رجل جيد تعامل مع الجرسون ولم اراه مره اخرى

Pros:

The location
The staff specially the bell man great guy, very helpful and cheerful
