Keine Ahnung, eigentlich nichts! Das wir ein Bett zum schlafen hatten, war positiv... Rest Fehlanzeige

Früstück war nicht möglich, da kein Personal vorhanden war und das Restaurant wegen Ferien geschlossen war! Lange Wartezeit vor dem Eingabeportal an der Eingangstür, damit man Zugang zum Hotel bekommen konnten. Vielleicht sollte man mal etwas Geld in die IT investieren bevor Gäste einen Automaten für das Einchecken nutzen müssen. Unverständlich andauernde funktionsfehler des Gerätes. Und das nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für andere Gäste vor uns. Wir haben fast 1 Stunde (2 Personen vor uns) zum einschecken benötigt. Und das für ein einfaches Zimmer ohne Service für fast 200 EUR. Unverschämt! Übrigens: Ich gehöre nicht zu den Leuten die schlechte Bewertung schreiben. Nur wenn ich sehr zufrieden bin, werde ich aktiv. Nun haben Sie mich mehrfach aufgefordert eine Bewertung zu schreiben, sodass ich mich genötigt fühlte dies nachzuholen. Das haben sie jetzt davon!!!

Cons:

-Keine Klimaanlage, lediglich ein Standventilator (bei 30 Grad Raumtemperatur)
- Bewegungsmelder für Licht im Bad ohne Möglichkeit, das Licht manuell ein oder auszuschalten. Man selbst und die Zimmergenossen werden nachts zwangsläufig mit Licht bestrahlt
- Laute Lage direkt an Landstraße. Nachts das Fenster geöffnet lassen (30 Grad ohne Klimaanlage, s.o.) ist keine Optiob
- zu dritt mit Sohn gebucht, für ihn war die Schlafcouch. Dafür gab es keinen Bezug, auch nicjt im Schrank.
- Trotz Anzeige "Frühstück im Hotel buchbar" lasen wir bei Ankunft, dass das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen ist. Somit gab es auch kein Frühstück.
- Bett ist ungemütlich und sehr laut, wenn man sich hinlegt oder aufsteht

Une grande chambre avec une vue sur les montagnes partielle (cf. Point négatif). La kitchenette avec tout l'équipement permettant de préparer et manger un repas.

Cons:

Aucun personnel rencontré, du check-in au check-out. Petit déjeuner en deçà des attentes avec non réapprovisionnement des denrées (pas de personnel). Les balcons sont en fait des hauts panneaux photovoltaïques qui obstruent la vue.

Må forvente at det er tilstrekkelig sengetøy ved sen ankomst, eller har én sjekkliste.
Pros:

At vi fikk frokost litt sent.

Cons:

Vi bestillte for 4 personer 2 voksene og 2 barn 11 og5 år. Vi kom sendt da det var mye trafikk.
Var kun sengetøy til 2 prøvde å ringe ingen svarte.
Fikk etter flere henvendelser svar på mail.
Da hadde gått en time. Da var kl bikket 2400 på natta.
Dette er ikke stor ting men med små barn og ikke kommunikasjon så blir lav score fra meg.

Pros:

Bra hotell i en trevlig liten by. Eftersom incheckning är helt digital kunde man anlända precis när man önskar. Vi åt middag på en närliggande restaurang, Löwen. Mycket välkomnande och god mat.
Frukosten på hotellet var okej men inget större utbud.

Cons:

Bäddsoffan var liten och ganska obekväm.
