A localização é boa. contudo, falta conforto nos quartos.

Cons:

Por estar de fronte a uma rua principal, a partir dos quartos ouve-se muito barulho dos carros e já muito cedo a luz do sol invade o quarto condicionando quem quer dormir até mais tarde.
