Ridiculously slow Staff. Room was a converted shipping containe and television that didn't respond .

Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Staff were incredibly slow at serving people. Check.in took ages as two staff checked in a couple that had booked the wrong dates. They didn't care how long we were stood waiting for. Two staff should be able to check.in two separate bookings.
Bar staff are way too slow. The room.was a converted shipping container, internet was barely working and the television wasnt working correctly

Location good but run down
Pros:

The breakfast for the size of your hotel was apauling, tha staff where rude and the tables sticky.

Cons:

The fire door gets used as an entrance and exit and due to the negative preasure Slams very hard. Woke the baby and todler up several times.

So lovely and new room
Pros:

So lovely animated room, and new. Kind staff.

Cons:

Shampoo dispenser shower empty. Difficult to find the hotel parking in the dark.
