The WiFi doesn’t work. And no phone reception. So couldn’t work during the stay. Fire pit lit under my window, so couldn’t have it open. Messages hotel and got no reply.
Great rooms, staff were fab too
Harry Potter theme was fantastic. The wizard bunk beds were a hidden gem and our 3 year old loved it.
Friendly and helpful staff even though we was only stopping for the 1 night.
Upon arrival we had a little waiting time as the static we booked had been given to another party as there was an issue with their accommodation. However the staff sorted our accommodation like for like of what we had booked.

The hot water controller on bath would be concerned child could should themselves as so hot
The place was well located the hotel was very nice and clean the room was very clean and cosy the hotel is just a walk away from the theme park
It never had a fan or air con as when wee were there on June it was in the midst of a heat wave it was so hot wee couldn’t sleep with the heat
We stayed with our 3 year old son. He absolutely loved it and enjoyed the entertainment at night. Very clean!

The food menu wasn't to good and we had a budget room witch was small for 4 people but after talking to a staff member we know what to book for next time

Not much to chose from with food wise
I liked the parks spread for the children. Also the distance between sleep and play areas. The activities were excellent and the shower.
I think more fruit for children could be supplied. More tea milk for the rooms we stayed 3 nights but was not restocked unless we asked then waited 3 hours. We had a great time...want to see splash re open. Your doing a great job very good prices. The room was perfect size. We were in pirates lived it.
