Areas for Improvement
* One of the most inconvenient hotel stays I’ve experienced.
* No outdoor seating unless the restaurant is open.
* The only outdoor seating option is not actually part of the hotel property.
* It is located across the street at a separate restaurant area.
* No pool area or dedicated space on-site to relax outdoors.
* No easy access to cold drinking water.
* No complimentary lobby water station like most hotels.
* Water is only reliably available on the 4th floor when the restaurant is open.
* Ice is limited—available only via the ice machine or in-room bucket.
* In some cases, you may need to ask the bartender, who is not always available.
* Office desk in the room has no conveniently located electrical outlets or USB charging ports.
* Had to stretch a power cord across the room just to charge devices while working.
* USB charging ports near the bed did not work.
* Bluetooth bathroom mirror is a nice feature, but the pairing process appears to lack security.
* Potential privacy concerns with nearby room connectivity.
* Privacy sign falls off the door every time it’s opened.
* Key card required to access floors above the fifth floor.
* Good for security, but inconvenient when carrying items like food, coffee, luggage, or business materials.
* Room trash cans are extremely small and don’t have liners.
* Bathroom has no hooks for hanging face towels or washcloths.
* No ice scoop or tongs provided for the in-room ice bucket, making it inconvenient and less sanitary.
* Towels were rough and abrasive.
* Coffee setup is not very convenient.
* Lobby coffee is K-cup style rather than a full coffee station.
* In-room coffee is also K-cup based.
* Iron and ironing board setup for business travelers was not convenient or consistently available/accessible.
Positive Highlights
* Free daily breakfast was included due to a business trip arrangement.
* Not a typical buffet or continental style.
* Real hot plated meals served by waitstaff, which is a strong positive.
* Restaurant service was very good, with consistently friendly and attentive staff.
* Gym was well-equipped with machines, weights, and a quality scale.
* Fourth-floor restaurant outdoor deck has a great view.
* Hotel is very conveniently located downtown within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions.
* Mountain views from rooms are a strong plus, especially on the west or southwest side.
* Rooms include a microwave, mini fridge, and in-room ironing setup, which are helpful and appreciated for business travel.
Overall
* Strong positives: staff friendliness, location, gym, breakfast quality, and in-room conveniences.
* However, several practical business-travel conveniences (power access, water access, coffee setup, and lack of true on-site relaxation spaces like a pool area) detracted from overall comfort and efficiency of the stay.
Location, large rooms, cleanliness and service. Rooftop bar a plus!
The staff was friendly and accommodating and room was clean and spacious. The valet parking was extremely convenient. The location was excellent and it was very nice to receive a gift when we arrived with water and snacks.
The bathroom sink drained very slowly and when the plug was engaged did not hold water. We informed staff upon checkout. I reserved a king size bed but we got a room with 2 queens which would have been ok but one of the beds had a fitted sheet that the fabric was very pilled. The other bed sheets were fine, so we didn’t make a big deal.
El hotel en líneas generales fue excelentes un hermoso hotel con excelente ubicación, muy cómodas habitaciones la vista de nuestra habitación valió cada dólar extra que pagamos por ella
No recibimos buena atención de parte de casi todo el personal , días antes del viaje empezamos a llamar para preguntar si su estacionamiento era lo suficientemente grande como para traer nuestras bicicletas ya que nuestra camioneta que de por sí es larga, nos tomó más de dos días que alguien nos contestara el teléfono e inclusive enviamos e-mails y textos, al llegar y realizar el check in el chico fue súper desatento casi que firme aquí y pague y chao, nunca nos dijo nada del gym o restaurante o beneficios de la instalaciones y mientras esperábamos el ascensor vimos que otro cliente se acercó e hizo check in y a este le ofrecieron hasta champaña y luego nos enteramos que se suponía era para todos los clientes, en el restaurante bar también recibimos mala atención si bien es cierto estaban limpiando en el momento aún faltaban dos horas para que cerraran ninguno de los dos bartender quería parar de limpiar para tomar nuestras órdenes y cuando lo hicieron fue como que rápido porque ellos tenían prisa, la excepción de esto fueron los parking valet, ellos siempre fueron súper amables
The location was perfect, i was able to meet my friends in downtown and everything was in walking distance. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed sitting on the rooftop at Hemingway's to watch the sunset.
i was looking forward to room service but this wasn't offered at this hotel. i also would have liked it if we could have food delivered straight to our door and not have to go to the lobby to get it.
Very nice and modern hotel in downtown. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable & liked the wood flooring better than carpet. Very walkable area.
I normally prefer a hotel that offers a complimentary breakfast which this hotel has a restaurant but you do have to pay for meals.
I love this hotel. It is such a great location. Several great restaurants are right across the street and a complete indoor outdoor shopping mall. Within five blocks each way of the hotel there lots of unique and artsy shopping experiences. Galleries, museums, funky stores and very upscale stores as well. There is also the Harrahs Cherokee Center that is literally a block away in case you want to go to a show. We saw Brandi Carlile there and could easily walk right back to the hotel afterwards. It was the perfect trip and the staff was fantastic. Everything about it was top notch. Highly recommended.
The view of the mountains was beautiful, but the view of the rooftop parking was not so great. Location was excellent. loved the fact that there were so many restaurants within walking distance.

What a wonderful hotel!! I travel a lot and this hit all the marks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean. The on site restaurant was delicious. Great views from the room and restaurant. Walkable area. Highly recommend 10/10, no notes
