Walking distance to many eateries. Helpful staff.
The evening bar was unable to make the New Orleans drink the hurricane. They didn’t have the right ingredients. The breakfast food was OK but nothing special. it was 100° outside, but there was no ice cream available only a small ice cream sandwich.
The location and atmosphere
The air went out in room had to get a fan brought in room.
The location was really good for the price. Valet was also very friendly.
There weren't any trash bags in any of the trash cans, felt bad putting trash in them.
The location and the style of the hotel. Loved the security of if and that you can’t just walk into the hotel at night or just get on an elevator. Front staff and valet was wonderful.
The carpets weren’t very clean, bed wasn’t soft/comfy, pillows were ok, our shower was dirty and the beds had some stains on the comforters. There also was a bad sewer smell downstairs.
Loved the hotel and the design of it in the Warehouse District. Great location and beautiful room. Security was exceptional and the staff was very knowledgeable of restaurants and events going on during our time in the city.
This was a fantastic stay. James at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, as was all the folks working there. The room was amazing superior cleanliness and the vibe of the whole hotel is awesome. It is central to all things New Orleans with all things within walking distance
Great small room for one night stay! Valet parking was awesome and Jaden and Moe were great at getting us our car with speed! :)
My experience at the Cambria Hotel in New Orleans LA, was something to share to future customers. Jaden the valet made sure our luggages were accounted for even after I made the mistake of leaving one on the elevator. Five ⭐Stars
I liked that it was in close proximity to everything. The decor was very artsy and very New Orleans! Front desk staff was also very nice!
The beds were a little hard. The lobby had an odor and so did the bedroom. Valet was also very slow. On our check out date there was no valet on site. We had to get our own car. Which wasn’t a huge issue since we were in a rush to leave. The lady at the front desk made sure we were compensated. She was very sweet.
Jaden in valet parking was very pleasant and professional. Awesome customer service service
Vallet driver Jaden helped me from arrival, to departure. Always was smiling and very helpful through the process.
Close to the convention center and downtown
Lionel & alteion was very helpful & accommodating due to the service I have received i will definitely be back to stay
Lionel and Darryl made our trip!! They are amazing!! The entire staff was fabulous!! I highly recommend this property. Ten out of ten RECOMMEND!!!
Very nice and clean rooms, location of the hotel is in a nice area where we could walk around. I also want to shout out the two valet workers who were there, I’m not sure if it was some event or something but there were slingshots lined up, playing music and it all was hectic. However, Jaden and Shawn were still very calm and professional to us despite it being very chaotic, they still made sure to help with our bags and getting things situated. Loved it and definitely will be visiting again.
