Very nice and clean rooms, location of the hotel is in a nice area where we could walk around. I also want to shout out the two valet workers who were there, I’m not sure if it was some event or something but there were slingshots lined up, playing music and it all was hectic. However, Jaden and Shawn were still very calm and professional to us despite it being very chaotic, they still made sure to help with our bags and getting things situated. Loved it and definitely will be visiting again.

The room I was given had leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests that made the room smell and vomit on the front of the toilet seat and floor. After calling the front desk about this, they gave a breakfast voucher, but not a new room.

Carlos took good care of us and went above and beyond to give excellent service. Great valet. He needs a raise!!!

I recently traveled for an educator's work conference, and this valet company made us feel genuinely cared for the entire trip. Traveling with a large group can sometimes be stressful, but the valet staff made everything smooth, easy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

A special thank you to Josh, who truly went above and beyond for us. Even in the pouring rain, he made sure our car was ready and waiting so we would not have to stand outside getting soaked. He was kind, professional, and thoughtful the entire time — even offering to come pick us up so we wouldn’t have to walk in the weather. That level of customer service is rare and did not go unnoticed. We met his wife by accident, who was our waitress, when explaining how nice the valet team was.

It’s the small acts of kindness and genuine hospitality that people remember, and Josh, Teagan and the team absolutely delivered that experience for us. We are so grateful for how well our group was treated and would highly recommend this valet company to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed for a week this month
There wasn’t anything not to like about this quirkily styled hotel
After a long flight we had a warm welcome (without even mentioning who we were incidentally- great powers of deduction / process of elimination) which was unhurried
Duly checked into a nice double
Double with a little card to use in the grab and go
Whizzed up the clean elevators to well maintained wide hallways with a calm moody vibe
Room spacious with useful amenities including an iron that didn’t make a mess of clothes (pet hate in hotels), quirky skull wallpaper and curtains, and wonderfully comfortable mattresses
Bathroom also roomy and nicely laid out with amenities like soap, shower gel etc
Room fridge hidden away in wardrobe and quiet
Lobby has a comfy bar/ restaurant and some seating areas to rendezvous or wait to check in/ out or for a ride share
We did have a nicely prepared breakfast one day in the resultant part which was better than some of the other places we tried and we said we would have happily eaten there for quality price (comparable to others in NOLA) and convenience on a few other days
Had no issues of note throughout the stay just regular pleasant interactions with various members of the hotel team
Hotel well situated in warehouse district so as to be calm and relaxed, but equally very near to malls, restaurants and attractions
Tram stop just up the road a few minutes walk to whisk you further afield
Overall would fully recommend this as an ideal hotel slightly out of the fray but near enough to everything
Also really handy little corner shop (Lafayette Mini Mart) steps away

In the spirit of continual improvement/ exceeding expectations: our desk / chaise combo would have been good if it had a bit of storage in the two sides, as a bit tight on usable storage for two (though love the fact things like the coffee machine were tucked away), making sure housekeeping replenish the coffee sugar and creamer daily (although we dropped by reception no issue to pick up), bottle opener on a wall somewhere be handy, more than one hook to hang towel/other items in the bathroom would be handy (happy to reuse but prefer not to stack them on each other after use).

And lastly - was delighted to find Jesus, in the lift of all places, and so sad when he was kidnapped

It was my first trip to New Orleans and my spouse and I were there to attend a wedding. After web research, and consulting with friends and family that had been to New Orleans, I made the decision to book four nights at the Cambria hotel. It was a great decision as it was a great place to stay. We were advised not to stay in the French Quarter and find a quieter location. The Cambria in the warehouse district was just the place. It put us within walking distance of the French Quarter, great restaurants, the river front, and great museums including the WWII museum. The staff at the Cambria was excellent and provided us, as we requested, a room on a higher floor. I found great coffee and breakfast stops in the neighborhood, and also found coffee and breakfast in the hotel lobby to be easy and delicious. Thanks Cambria NOLO for a great stay.
