Will most likely stay here again because I like the location for my purposes.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Enjoyed our pool time. Location is good for us because it's equal distance between where both of my children live. You do get some noise from the interstate traffic but doesn't keep you awake.

Cons:

I do like the pay for parking process. Eliminate the process and add the fee to the room rate or make it a resort fee. I hate having to pay for parking because it's not covered parking or anything special.

Great location!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful anytime we needed anything. The view from our room was lovely. We enjoyed the pool area very much.

Cons:

The lights in the room were a little hard to figure out, but the staff worked with us.

Other than bed and pillows and Allison’s help it was ok and manager was rude

Cons:

First off I wanted to the rooms were beautiful beds and pillows were so comfy! However we did not totally enjoy our stay. The fridge wasn’t working and it smelled! We went to use the pool and the hot tub want working either we were told. When getting up to our room my daughter and I noticed it was really warm in there. I tried to get it to cool but the numbers kept going in and out. Called guests services and Allison was truly a sweetheart. We ended up having to switch rooms! She gave us a voucher for breakfast but because we got to the room late we went to sleep and didn’t have time for breakfast. We checked out and I guess y’all were having a meeting that we didn’t get an invoice. Come to find out when we got to the car my daughter had a ticket on her door for a parking fee. Which is ridiculous! We’re staying at your hotel no covered or valet parking and your charging! We were not told when checking in about paying for parking nor did she ask for our cars information. After all the trouble and stress this stay put on me and my daughter who is 6 months pregnant I think it only fair that you disregard this ridiculous ticket fine you imposed on us!
If this issue isn’t resolved my next complaint will be on the reviews page and calling corporate.
