Výhled z pokoje a čistota

Cons:

Povlečení moc naškrobené a kousavé, prostěradlo staré a žmolkaté a jídlo tragédie. Nikde hotel neuvádí, že jsou večeře formou degustačního menu. Velikosti porce neodpovídají ani degustačnímu menu, ale opravdu čistě ochutnávce na dvě sousta. Z večeře odcházíte hladoví a ani to není žádný gastronomický zážitek. Neexistuje žádné jiné jídelní menu, ze kterého si vybrat nic jiného k jídlu. Odpolední bufet nabízí zbytky z večeře z předchozího dne. Personál nerozumí anglicky nebo velmi omezeně. V hotelu není klimatizace.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristall war sehr schön und erholsam. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung zuvorkommend. Wir wurden betr. Ausflügen in der Umgebung gut informiert.

-Das unglaublich leckere Essen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen
-Außerordentlich freundliches und nettes Personal
-Die Zimmerausstattung und Design

Cons:

Es hat soweit alles gestimmt. Es war an einigen Momenten nur unangenehm, wenn der Spa Bereich zu voll wurde.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristall war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage, Top! Guten Anbindung zum wandern und biken. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und ging ausnahmslos auf alle unsere Wünsche ein, insbesondere hinsichtlich Gluten-, Laktose- und anderen Unverträglichkeiten oder Allergien. Das Abendessen war ein wahrer Traum, und die zuvorkommende Bedienung liess keine Wünsche offen. Riesen Auswahl beim Frühstück, leider etwas kalt (z.B. Rührei und gebratener Speck) Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl!

Cons:

Das Doppel-Bett war für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart.
Der „Fitnessraum“ bestehend aus Laufband, Fahrrad und einigen Hanteln (max. 18kg) verdient nicht wirklich diese Bezeichnung.
Leider war die Sesselbahn nicht in Betrieb (trotz schönem Wetter), kann das Hotel Kristall nichts dafür.

Too expensive for what you get, especially the rooms
Pros:

The spa and the infinity pool are lovely, the view from the rooftop pool is breath taking.
Breakfast was plentiful with many food and drink options.
Public areas in the hotel are very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

We paid extra for a larger room and in reality the room just had a long useless corridor which made the room very uncomfortable. The balcony in the room was facing the parking lot and we suffered from noise and cigarettes smoke.
There was no espresso machine, no kettle and no mini fridge in the room. I had to pay at the lobby for tea and bring it to the room.
It was the most expensive hotel we booked in our long trip and it was not justified at all.
