Pros:

La posizione centrale, la stanza graziosa, la possibilità di arrivare in auto alla porta dell'hotel per scaricare le valigie, la facilità con cui ho trovato un parcheggio libero e gratis per la notte

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und der Check-in war unkompliziert. Alles ist modern, komfortabel und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm war, dass der Raum durch das Dachfenster sehr hell war und sich dieses auch öffnen ließ. Ein guter Ventilator war vorhanden; eine Klimaanlage haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht vermisst.
Außerdem gibt es einen Wasserkocher und Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Automaten für warme und kalte Getränke im Eingangsbereich. Insgesamt eine praktische, moderne und angenehme Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Der künstliche Duftbaum-Geruch im Haus gefiel mir nicht. Davon bekomme ich Kopfschmerzen. Im Zimmer war es zum Glück nach Lüftung nicht oder nicht so stark.

Pensión demasiado simple muy mejorable
Pros:

Antiguo Garni City Hotel reformado y renombrado como City House Alpeneck.
La ubicación es muy buena.
La forma de conseguir las llaves es fácil.

Cons:

Es una pensión sin desayuno ni aire acondicionado.
Las ventanas apenas se pueden abrir y el ventilador no hace nada con días de mucho calor.
No existe la recepción y no hay nadie para atender. Se gestiona online.
La ducha muy pequeña, apenas se puede entrar y no había jabón.

Prima locatie als je op doorreis bent. Goed bereikbaar.
Pros:

De locatie is goed bereikbaar met de auto zodat je je spullen makkelijk kunt uitladen. Daarna elders parkeren op een grote parkeerplaats vlakbij. Wij hadden de 4 persoonskamer. Prima kamer, helaas geen airco maar wel 1 kleine ventilator. Veel ramen die open kunnen maar dat is wel gehorig aangezien er een kroegje tegenover zit. Voor ons was dit een tussenstop en daarvoor is dit hotel prima. Er zijn verder geen faciliteiten, geen personeel. Een sleutelkastje bij de voordeur.

Cons:

Geen airco en dat is wel een must nu in de zomer (begin augustus). Met airco heb je geen plaknacht zoals we nu gehad hebben. Dan kunnen ook de ramen dicht blijven en hoor je geen luidruchtige mensen op straat die de kroeg verlaten en je nachtrust verstoren. Op doorreis, liggen wij op tijd op bed omdat je weer vroeg weg wilt.
