Hotel excelente mas me parece que se pegar uma época muito cheia o atendimento fica a desejar.
Pros:

Localização muito boa perto do shopping, casino dentro do hotel.

Cons:

Durante o período da minha estadia o hotel estava lotado, os elevadores não suportavam o fluxo de hóspedes, o café da manhã muitas vezes não conseguia ser reposto e se formavam filas para pegar o café pois só havia uma máquina disponível.

Very nice property and we would stay there again if we returned to Seoul
Pros:

The rooms were on the smaller size but well-organized and comfortable. We stayed at the property twice and our first room had a wonderful shower. Our second room had a tub shower and the tub was very slippery and difficult to manage. We would have preferred a room with a shower.

The staff was great and very helpful. The location is very good. It is close to Yongsan station so the Metro and trains are readily available and the large I Park Mall is easily accessible with lots of shopping opportunities.

Cons:

We would definitely have found a room with a walk in shower easier to manage.

Cons:

Do not let the grand "Seoul Dragon City" complex fool you. The ibis Styles tower charges premium hotel prices but delivers a cheap, bottom-tier experience. We had the absolute worst stay here and nothing justified the high cost. It is a scam.
Our room was in terrible shape. The sink was dirty, the drain plug was completely broken, and the water wouldn't go anywhere. On top of that, the air conditioning was so loud my wife couldn't sleep at all, and the body cream bottle in the shower was completely empty.
Be warned that they do not give you basic necessities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shaving kits. We checked in late right after our wedding proposal with nothing but the clothes on our backs, so we couldn't even brush our teeth before bed. Pretty funny for a hotel charging this much.
To make it worse, the complimentary water they give you is the cheapest that is sold in Seoul. The sauna was not working and there isn't even a swimming pool for guests at this tower. They cut corners everywhere. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually gives you what you pay for. So long story short,
Ibis style ambassador Seoul Yongsan is not at all a 4 star hotel and should not exist in Seoul Dragon City. We want compensation

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Gut öffentlich angebunden.

Cons:

Vom Bahnhof kommend ist das Hotel leider nicht gut zu finden. Der Durchgang ist nicht so gut angeschrieben. Wenn er dann aber gefunden wurde, ist der direkte Zugang zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wirklich gut.
