Fehlende Klimaanlage/ dafür Top Frühstück

Frühstück ist top.
Es gibt so ziemlich alles, alles sehr frisch und immer genügend vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage (nur ein kleiner Luftkühler)
Somit ist man gezwungen die Fenster am Abend zu öffnen. Trotzdem bis ca Mitternacht 29° im Zimmer.
Wir hatten das Pech das 2 Veranstaltung auf der linken und rechten Seite des Hotels waren und somit die Nacht eigentlich katastrophal war.
Im großen und ganzen muss ich fast sagen, dass der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt ist.
Zimmer ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet.
Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch Toll.

sehr schön, komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Personal besonders nett und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut und großes Angebot, super Lage in der Stadt aber auch nahe zum Berg, Spa und Fitnessraum schön und ausreichend groß, Pool am Dach sehr sehr schön mit Poolbar, insgesamt ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in einer Top-Lage

Cons:

einziges kleines Manko: das Badezimmer hatte keine Türe, war elegant in den Raum integriert und die Toilette war nur mit einem getönten Glas geschlossen, also hat ein wenig Privatsphäre gefehlt

Trotz der Lage direkt am Hauptplatz und im Zentrum des Geschehens war es im Zimmer total ruhig und man konnte nichts von der Action die rundherum herrschte merken!!

Schönes Hotel aber ausbaufähig

Das Design des Hotels, altes Gebäude, das sehr schön und modern hergerichtet wurde. Freundliches Personal, Lage des Hotels und natürlich das Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich finde das Hotel ein bisschen überteuert.
Halbpension wollten wir für diese Preise nicht.
Man merkte leider auch, dass die Gäste mit Halbpension bevorzugt wurden. Mussten ohne Vorwarnung uns die letzten 2 Tage in die Gaststube setzen beim Frühstück, da auf unseren Tisch die Leute die Halbpension gebucht hatten frühstücken wollten weil sie diesen Tisch auch Abend‘s hatten.
Fand ich nicht OK, beziehungsweise könnte man uns da vorwarnen und nicht einfach ein anderes Namensschild draufstellen. Den Pool konnten wir leider nie nutzen, da die Öffnungszeiten sehr begrenzt waren & wir tagsüber immer wandern waren.
