A special thank you to Mohamed Badry, the bar manager, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. He was very attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. He always made sure that everything was perfect and that guests felt comfortable and welcomed. His positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really made a difference.
It is employees like Mohamed Badry who create a warm and memorable atmosphere and make guests want to come back. Excellent service and a truly great experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located close to everything. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and helpful, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team. The service was excellent at the reception, room service, and restaurant as well.
