Loistava sijainti, suora yhteys vanhaan kaupunkiin.
The location was excellent, near to most iconic places. Lots of restaurants within the area. Staff very helpful. Would like to give a special thank you to Bogdan,( I think I got the name right) who went beyond his duties to help out and give us advice)
Lack of privacy in our terrace. When we chose a room with a terrace, we firstly expected a bigger space. There was barely room for a small table and one chair and our terrace overlooked 3 other terraces, hence no privacy at all, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen Die Lage ist Sehr gut , mitten in der Altstadt von Bukarest .Wie konnten von hier aus sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss besuchen zb. Präsidenten Palast (Ceausescu) Das Fühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel Personal wahr sehr Freundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wieder diese Hotel bei der nächsten Bukarest Reise buchen.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden
The hotel is lovely. Spotlessly clean. Our room was at the front of the hotel above reception with a balcony which was a welcomed extra as it was quite warm during our stay. Beds made up daily and clean towels. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. There is a back door onto the main streets of the old town and all the restaurants and bars. Van Gough cafe, communist museum, parliament are all within walking distance. Breakfast was a lovely. We were expecting just continental breakfast but there was hot food as well, loads of fresh fruit and vegetables and a different homemade cake.
The security on the back door could have been better. We could see there were camera's up but when you arent asked who you are or what your room number is when you press the buzzer to be in, anyone could have walked in.
The carpet in our room, although clean, was very tired looking and let the overall look of the room down a little. The towels for a 4 star hotel were old and flat. For 4 stars you expect crisp, white, fluffy towels.

המזגן עשה קצת רעש תוך כדי עבודה בחדר, והאמת רצו להעביר אותנו חדר, אנחנו לא רצינו, אז סך הכל הצוות מעולה.

L’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel
Great location in old town and close to restaurants and bars. Clean and well presented
We paid extra for a grand room. It was noisy at night and the air conditioning did not work. As temperatures were up to 33 degrees eventually we were put in another tiny room with 2 small single beds and no smart tv. We missed breakfast twice as we had to get to excursions for 745 but the breakfast room didn’t open until 730! As a result we missed breakfast on 2 out of 4 days.
Location was excellent! You can reach the old town from the back entrance.
The air was quite thick in the room, the bathroom smells

Great location with distance walking in the city center and close to many restaurant and sites to visit, helpful staff, clean room, completely refurbished.
limited breakfast options and water power in poor in the sink as opposed to the shower.

Siamo stati tre notti, l’albergo non sembra un 4 stelle, colazione dovrebbe essere migliorata e anche la pulizia della stanza. Non costa poco e trovare le prese che non funzionano e il bagno non sanificato non e’ piacevole

We didn't like the fact that the minivan we ordered arrived late to pick us up
