Pros:

Totul la superlativ: personalul de la recepție, camera cu vedere la mare , mâncarea delicioasă. Nicio zi micul dejun cât si cina nu au fost identice ,adică aceeași mâncare- nota 10!

Ein rundum wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service.
Pros:

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, lecker und kreativ. Das Personal im Speisebereich mehr als freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer was stets sauber und machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Lage war ideal, kurzer Spaziergang und man hatte alle Facetten von Mallorca.

Ein rundum wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service – besonders dank Sumi an der Rezeption, der unseren Urlaub mit seiner herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art noch schöner gemacht hat.

Cons:

Abendprogramm teilweise etwas langweilig ist aber wahrscheinlich Geschmacksache, da wir eher junge Leute sind.

Eigenlijk beviel alles wel met een opmerking dat er een kaartje hangt als je de handdoeken laat hangen dat ze ivm milieu niet gewassen worden, terwijl ze die consequent vervangen!

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, alles sehr gut!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr übersichtlich, also sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet.
Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Kein Problem mit Liegen,. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, also absolut super.
Das Abendessen war wie in vielen Hotels sehr reichlich, aber nichts besonderes.
Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück, mussten also das Abendessen bezahlen. Da fanden wir 25Euro ohne Getränke, zu teuer.

A brilliant place for beach lovers, loungers, sun seekers, and travellers altogether!
Pros:

Beachfront! Lovely property, food was good, menu changed daily. Staff was very nice. Most places were kept very clean, and staff was very personable. My room was clean, very bright due to large windows and access to terrace, but the room also had thick curtains to use as blinds. They were effective. Hotel always smelled good, the small gym was handy as well. They had a new schedule every night, like singing, DJ, etc. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was very welcoming.

Cons:

Indoor pool wasn't heated; steam room needed a serious cleaning as it smelled of dampness. It would have done more harm than good, frankly. Sauna was good but was kept shut in between during the day. So, I couldn't use it every time I wanted to use it.

Unfortunately the weather was poor during our visit but we still enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location is very good for shops and the beach

Cons:

Ask people staying in the upper floors to wear soft soled shoes. At 6.30 one morning we were woken by the person above us doing what sounded like a tap-dance.
Fire doors on rooms slammed shut so were very noisy. Maybe a soft close could be added?

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the service truly made the experience special. A special thank you to Sumit, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always well looked after and served with care and professionalism. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
