Stay was convenient but not up to our expectations of a Hyatt. Found a bug in bed, bedbug?
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Food was hot, good, and varied.

Pros:

The employees were very friendly. The location was very convenient to other restaurants, shops and the University of Oregon. The breakfast was delicious! Very clean, which I loved. Overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend.

Convenient I-5 stop
Pros:

Very nicely appointed and comfortable hotel room. Hotel is just a mile or so off I-5, making it a convenient stop, although it is a little tricky to find the first time as it is on the 5th story on top of 4 floors of parking - find the tallest building and drive up to the 4th floor. The hotel is associated with an upscale shopping center (convenient for Oregon’s sales tax free shopping) with multiple good dining options.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Pretty lobby with indoor & outdoor lounge space. Great buffet breakfast. Loved the location next to shops. Consistent customer service.

Nice location, good for what we needed
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice fitness facilities, good breakfast t

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. There was hair and some other things in the shower. Also, the hairdryer was cracked.
