Dias perfectos en Ciutadella
Pros:

La ubicación tan en el centro y sin ruidos y lo bonito que es el edificio y la cafetería ( todo detalle y buenísimo todo con productos de la zona , sobrasada , ensaimada , tomates locales ), la limpieza , sus toallas tan gustosas de rizo , los chorros del Spa .. todo en general más sin duda la atención de la encargada Magdalena que todo te lo hace tan fácil y su amabilidad inigualable .

Small but beautiful in a great location.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The property was calm and quiet. We had a nice room with a courtyard. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel as we didn’t see anyone around and got in using a door code that was WhatsApped to us. But we didn’t mind that.

Cons:

The spa was just like an underground hot tub. We didn’t go in as it was quite claustrophobic and didn’t smell great.

Hält Nicht was ist verspricht ?
Pros:

die Lage war super. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir waren Mitte April dort. Das Zimmer riecht nach Feuchtigkeit und war auch feucht und klamm was im Winter auf Menorca normal
Sein kann. Jedoch bei diesem hohen Preis und den Angaben auf Internetseite nicht sein kann. Der Whirlpool im Keller macht keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer sieht sehr komfortabel aus, ist aber sehr klein und wirkt etwas vernachlässigt obwohl die Einrichtung wirklich schön gemacht ist
. Schön ist es, dass dort die Möglichkeit gibt Kaffee und Tee zu machen. Es gab eine kleine Möglichkeit, Garderobe aufzuhängen, und es gab auch Bademäntel. Nachdem wir uns geweigert hatten, dort zu übernachten, hat uns die Besitzerin ein Zimmer in einem ihrer anderen Hotels angeboten, dass sehr schön war und das war für uns dann in Ordnung.

Ideale locatie en stijlvol
Pros:

Locatie is perfect in het centrum met veel restaurants om de hoek. Leuke kamer en terras en veel zenders op tv en comfortabele zithoek. Leuk ingericht. Het hotel is duur, maar styling maakt veel goed. Dompelbad is relaxt .

Cons:

Zeep en shampoo in glazen flesjes zijn wat onhandig en gevaarlijk als ze vallen. Eén anders duurzaam alternatief is beter. Weegschaal deed het niet. Handdoeken zijn groot maar drogen moeilijk.

Rooms are beautiful and location is perfect.

Cons:

Wear and tear in the bathroom. Please also be aware it is not a hotel, nor a spa. A tiny (unappealing) plunge pool in the basement and no reception or hotel facilities - just a lovely manager on WhatsApp.
