Não há nada que não tenha gostado. O hotel é maravilhoso. A única coisa que sugeriria , em caso de necessidade de uma reforma futura, é que tirem os carpetes- que podem ser ruim para os asmáticos.
One of the nicest city hotels I've ever stayed in. Great location. Fabulous attention to detail to make your stay special. Great staff. Sadly a cancelled flight meant we missed our first night, but from the moment we arrived it was magical! Loads of little extras. Fantastic walking tour with Anna. A top end historic hotel. Highly recommend.
Paying for the night we didn't use! But standard hotel policy...

The location, staff, hotel , facilities all are up to the mark.
My stay was absolutely perfect! The main highlight was the exceptional staff: everyone at the hotel treated me incredibly well at all times, with an outstanding level of care. The cleanliness and organization were impeccable; the room was always perfect, and the team asked us several times throughout the day if we needed another cleaning or room service.
The hotel truly stands out for its amenities and unique services already included in the stay that I had never seen in any other hotel before: the spa, free drinks in the room, plus ice cream and sweets available at the reception. To make it even better, the location is excellent and they offer free walking tours every day, which is a sensational way to explore the city.
Finally, the breakfast is spectacular. The entire team in charge of breakfast treats you in the best possible way, with flawless attention to detail. I highly recommend it!
