Lots of nice little extra touches
Ein wirklich aussergewöhnliches Hotel, in dem viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird und wo man diverse Zusatzleistungen kostenlos erhält. Die kostenlose zweistündige Führung durch das Stadtzentrum war sehr, sehr gut und stellt viele Stadtbesichtigungen, für die wir andernorts viel Geld bezahlt hatten, in den Schatten.
Everything. Amazing staff, the breakfast was very good, the rooms are spacious, and everything is impeccably clean. Candy bar, cookies, fruits and icecream are available non stop.

Room was a little small. Upgrade to a larger room was not available but if we stay there again we will try to book early to have a larger room.
It is located close to the water and Rossio area. The staff was fabulous and the candy and icecream available in the lobby put it over the top.

Staff’s hospitality, rooms were comfortable and clean! One of the best hotels we have stayed at.
No cold feature (cold plunge or ice room) in the spa.

Un bémol cependant avec le petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un hotel de cette catégorie. Pancakes trop cuits, viennoiseries pas terribles, tout est sur la table quand nous arrivons y compris la charcuterie et le fromage

The hotel is in a good location and we loved the free walking tours and free afternoon tastings of port and pastries organised by the hotel. The historical aspects of the hotel were a great bonus.
It is a shame there is no pool. The spa facilities were okay.
Staff were excellent from check in to breakfast. Room was lovely and complementary bar very appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional and served at the table. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful

Excellent superior cathegory room, very spacious wirh excellent bath robes ans sleepers, expensive supplies which were added every day. Mini bar was absolutely complimentary, daily surprising compliments such as pastry, fruits etc. Specially I would like yo mention the restaurante and Bar 146. It is hard to gind better food in Lissabon annd even in Europe, better than here. Michelin level cuisine at very affordable price. Our special greeting to the chef
