Service above all. Everyone on staff that we interacted with wanted to make sure we were happy. And the perks/freebies just keep surprising, from 24 hour soft serve and candy in the lobby to free classes and tastings and spa use. Very good location as well.

The location was accessible to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was so helpful and considerate. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. A. turn down service was provided and midnight snack. The hotel offered a happy hour each evening with small bites and colmplmenary activities such as walking tours and wine tastings. Upon departure, we were given a take away breakfast box. First class all the way!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! The hotel was so charming and the customer service was the best we have ever had. The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed-massage bookings, restaurant ideas etc. The free walking tour was very enjoyable and our tour guide Anna was so passionate and knowledgeable about Lisbon’s history. Our breakfast, which was included was so good that we didn’t want to anywhere else. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back!!

This was our second return stay. We were fortunate enough to be able to travel with my husband‘s parents. For their anniversary, we wanted to share a special experience with them here at the Corpo. We showed them around the hotel like proud kids of their accomplishments. This was their first time in Europe and we wanted to spoil them. They were equally astonished at the personal attention. The rooms are beautiful. The staff remembered us from the previous visit which was two years ago, so that’s pretty impressive. Without hesitation, we do not look for any other accommodations. The hotel is quaint, charming, yet sophisticated, humble, and genuine. We will be returning this year in September and cannot wait to see our friends again. I am looking forward to celebrating my birthday at the Corpo sitting outside with our old friends. The rooms are quiet. I did not hear any street noise. I did not hear any slamming of doors and the beds were very comfortable. They even stocked the little mini fridge with my husband‘s favorite Sagres. The breakfast is outstanding with an assortment of options. They are very accommodating and will do their best If there is something special you would like. Looking forward to September. We asked about ATM and the staff were kind enough to tell us the ATM outside of the hotel charged excessive fees, and pointed us in the right direction of which one to use! They didn’t have to do that and I found that very kind. I know a lot of places take advantage of tourists. I don’t get that vibe here. The Consierge, all of the staff were exceedingly helpful. They do have a lot of recommendations for restaurants. there is one a couple blocks away. I can’t recall the name, but it was outstanding. It was their recommendation and we will return there as well. They will get a taxi for you, but I found bolt to be the least expensive option while in Lisbon.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel, a beautiful room and comfortable bed, and a really fascinating history to the hotel too, we were very happy with our choice of hotel, which was a fabulous treat after an endurance cycling event. But what really made it extra special were the lovely staff, who really made our stay memorable and made us feel so welcome. The concierge and reception staff also had very good knowledge of restaurants to visit and Ana who also hosted a guided walk of the city stood out for her care and sunny disposition. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

From concierge who couldn't be more helpful in information and bookings to a basement chill out space any other hotel would eb jealous to have in such a busy city centre location.

Understated luxury is what I think of with this hotel. From a quite outside apperance as you walk through the lobby to your room greeted with beautiful photography and artwork and once in your room its very hard to find any faults with this place. 5/5

Where to begin?? This is an amazing hotel, with impeccable service and attention to detail. From check in, we immediately felt welcome and appreciated. The entire property is beautiful and rooms have complimentary mini fridge with drinks. Included breakfast is spectacular. The lounge is a special treat; a stunning space which includes the Fernandina wall and artifacts recovered during excavation. Lovely place to sit with a cocktail made by excellent bartenders in restaurant bar. Truly special place!!

Our stay at Corpo Santo Lisbon was excellent. A hotel who prides itself on its customer service. From the free "sweet and cake table" in the foyer to the excellent, informal walking tours, we had a great stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and beautiful rooms. Concierge services top notch! We took the walking tour and participated in their wine tasting (they offer many options every day!) and they helped us connect with a personal tour guide in advance of our stay. The breakfast was high end!! Loved every minute of our stay at Corpo Santo Hotel Lisbon!

So many nice touches in the place from complimentary tables of treats as you enter to bowls of fruit and snacks along the corridors. Facilities were spotless and well maintained. The quiet space area in -1 was an amazing oasis of calm in a busy city.
