Card access issues for lift and all
The staff were generally courteous and polite, but had an understanding problems in some occasions.
I had given a brand-new T-shirt, which had only been worn once, to the hotel laundry. Unfortunately, the T-shirt was not delivered to us before check-out, and we also forgot to follow up on it before leaving the hotel.
After reaching home in Dubai, we contacted the hotel regarding the missing T-shirt. We were informed that the hotel had tried to contact me after we had left. However, it is quite possible that they attempted to reach me while I was travelling/flying, making the communication ineffective.
I requested the hotel to courier the T-shirt to Dubai. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to bear the courier charges, which were quoted at approximately ₹7,000.
I find this extremely unreasonable and upsetting. Considering that the T-shirt was left with the hotel laundry and was not returned to me before check-out, I do not feel it is fair or appropriate for me to incur such an exorbitant courier charge to have my own belongings returned.
I would appreciate it if the hotel could reconsider this and arrange to send the T-shirt to me at no cost, or provide a more reasonable solution.
The location is great.. excellent property
