Coffee maker was broken. And when broken shade was reported, they could not fix because of staff shortages.
We had to switch rooms twice. The first room had a really bad smell and the toilet handle was broken. The second room had dirty walls and the sink was leaking. It was a horrible experience
Love staying at this hotel. Very clean, very courteous staff. Excellent breakfast selection.
The bed mattresses were not in good shape. They were bulky and woke up feeling body aches.

I didn’t like the shower how it got water everywhere. It was very slippery maybe could use a large mat so it’s not too slippery. I asked for more sheets and blankets didn’t get them.

Que no dejaban los suficientes suministros como shampoo, acondicionador almohadas cobijas y toallas sabiendo que eramos 5 personas y solo eran 3 toallas había que pedirlas y bajar por ellas porque era una sola persona en recepción el primer día no pasaron a hacer el aseo y no supieron decirnos porque cuando salimos estaban con en carrito de aseo en la habitación de a lado. Estancia de familia de 5 4 noches
The property was well maintained and seemed fairly new. The room was very nice and clean, although the glass shower door was missing a handle, it was still manageable.
Even though it was very easy on and easy off the fwy, the area was not very desirable. Directly next door to the hotel was a Whataburger and I didn’t feel safe sitting inside eating and I’m a retired police officer. The hotel property itself was very good and well lit, so I felt safe leaving my truck in the parking lot.
The electric car charge in the hotel did not work. I booked this hotdl for that very purpose.

Everything near especially downtown and very quiet area.
Breakfast they closed by 9 and it doesn’t give u enough time I noticed that a lot of people were not happy of that.
The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and breakfast was a nice bonus.
I didn't have any issues during my stay. Everything met my expectations.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The only disappointment was the Tesla charger. It has been reported as damaged since February 2026 and still has not been repaired. Unfortunately, it continues to be listed as available on the hotel's website, which can be misleading for Tesla owners who choose this hotel expecting to charge their vehicles. We hope this issue is resolved soon, as it would make an otherwise excellent stay even better.
